I was very fortunate to get same day service during a very busy time.
Lisa was helpful and courteous on the phone.
Chuck called me just before his arrival time so I could be sure to be at home if necessary. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Excellent and friendly service!!

Regan & Son was very courteous and responsive with the call out for repair. The technician, Alan, was very polite and knowledgeable with the troubleshooting. He explained the problem in detail and completed the repair quickly. He also checked several other things for preventive maintenance and gave the unit a good cleaning after the repairs. Would definitely recommend and utilize Regan & Son for future work.

Unit wasn't blowing cold air. Caleb was very professional and knowledgeable in troubleshooting, finding, and fixing the issue in less than 30 minutes. He also explained the issue and showed 5he part that needed to be replaced. Definitely saving their contact info to use in the future as well as recommend. 👌🏾👍🏾

Called for an AC problem and the technician showed up less than 2 hours later! My AC was fixed in 10 minutes with an explanation of what went wrong. I will be using Regan & Son for any other HVAC problems and routine maintenance needs!

Can you say AWSOME!! These two Wonderful Men from Regan & Son came & ask me what could they help me with. I told them that a little bird was in my HVAC UNIT. They looked & looked. They found the little bird unharmed & set him free within 10-15 min. after arriving. Thank you all so very much!!!

I left a message with the office before 8am that we needed service. They were working on our unit by 230, and done by 330. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable, and explained in detail why he did the repairs and the cost. Very easy guys to work with.
