My mother Miss. Lula M. Gentry has been a customer of Regan & Son Heating & Air since the 90's. She has been very pleased with their professional service. She can call the office and most of the time that same day a technician is sent out to check on her Heating and Air Unit. They let her know the problem and give her an estimate cost of part(s), repairs and service call. The young men that work on her unit are Experts in their field. She has always been pleased with their promptness, customer service, repairs, parts, and the actual HVAC purchase. Thank You!

A gentleman by the name Joe is extremely arrogant he made me feel as if he didn't want my business. When I called about some concerns he wasn't responsive he gave me the impression that he didn't care. The people who installed the unit left a huge gap in my wall that looks terrible. In addition to the thousands of dollars, I paid to this company I have to spend more money to have my wall repair. To summarize things I will never utilize Reagan and son ever again.
