Ted’s always gets five stars from us. Over the years we have been their customer, everyone has been absolutely wonderful, helpful, prompt, thorough, courteous and pleasant. They go beyond what is required for the job to be satisfactorily completed and are kind and friendly to our fury children. They have also been kind enough to make service calls for us - when our family members were in need of repairs after hours. Thanks Ted’s for the excellent care and service you always provide us.

We had a huge water leak from our upstairs bathroom pouring water into our garage. No other company would work us in until after the holidays. From the person I spoke to on the phone to the technician that did the work, they were courteous, professional and stayed into the evening to get the job done. We are satisfied returning customers for ever!

Customer service is top notch! We had a new TRANE HVAC system installed in our home and cleaning maintenance on our unit in the shed. Every employee that I have talked with has been very kind and knowledgeable. You can tell this is a good company to work for it shows in their employees! Chris came right on time today, February 22, 2023, & did an overlook & estimation for some ductwork replacement. He was so nice. Very polite, personable, & didn't rush. Took time to completely explain what was needed... & listened to my chit-chat. (sweet of him)

Got my ducts in a row!
Richard & Jacob came & straightened out the mess under my home. Patched sheet metal, installed new boxes & crossover ductwork. Bim, bam, boom, they got 'er done! My system will be even more efficient now. They ROCK! Thank you so very much!

From the estimate to our installation the company was great!! We didn't have any air and the team worked with us to get us in as quickly as possible. The installation was very smooth, they cleaned up everything and were very efficient. I will be using Ted for all my plumbing and a/c needs going forward.

I have been using Ted’s HVAC for years. Carson and Obed installed a dual fuel system for my home today. They were very punctual arriving when they said they would. Carson and Obed were very friendly and professional. Carson took the time to explain how the unit and thermostat works and answering many questions. They also added an additional vent in a bedroom to balance out the temperature in that room. Each time Carson entered my home he was very careful and mindful to take care of my home. They spent over 6 hours here working the entire time. They removed and took the old unit with them leaving my yard clean and neat. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company and very thankful they treat their customers with the highest respect.
