You do great work and we can always depend on you. I learned this a long time ago when you took care of my Aunt Gladys Laws' furnace. You kept her patched up-because you probably knew she wouldn't need it much longer. You could have put in a new furnace but you did the "right" thing. Thank you for what you did for her and for our free tickets to the Bluegrass at the Kirby on Saturday April 12. We enjoyed it so much- our first time back in more than a year. You are really special people!
