Very professional, timely, and courteous. Made an after hours call and was here within 20 minutes to fix the problem. I definitely recommend Regan and Son and will definitely use them again for my future needs!

Over the weekend our heat went out and we called Regan and Son and within minutes a tech was calling us back. He tried to walk us through some steps to help getting our unit back going but eventually he decided he would need to come out and fix it. Within the hour he was at our house and working on our furnace. He found that the ignitor was bad and was able to install one that day. The service tech that came was extremely professional and I would highly recommend calling the Regans. Best customer service I have experienced.

My HVAC unit was old and started leaking. I knew it was time to replace. I got 3 bids and they were below the other quotes. They installed my new system last July as well as a new thermostat. They also installed the UV bulb to keep the air quality sanitized which was a plus. They were so polite and explained what they had done. Cleaned up inside and out as they had to move the outside unit due to new codes. I highly recommend them.

The best. I've used Regan & Son for my house and office. They have always done repairs correctly, quickly, and for a fair price. They have installed new units at my home and office in Durham. l have never any concern.

Outstanding service at reasonable cost

AC went out and was burning up. Called regan and son at 8:30am Monday morning and they had me running by lunch time. Great experience, highly recommend
