Regan & Son Heating & Air

Called Regan Saturday night on the emergency line and they returned my call within 30 minutes. They were willing to come out on the weekend but I said we could wait till Monday. Showed up first thing Monday morning. Excellent, fast service!

These guys are the best - polite, professional, expert in their field. They were able to come out same day at the height of summer to diagnose my AC unit, and explain all my options to me. This thing is so old we had to order the parts, but hallelujah I'll be able to at least finish this season out before the inevitable system replacement.

I was truly impressed with the sales and installation of both of my Trane units. The personal where great to work with and they did the work in a professional manner. Both of the installation individuals worked well together and cleaned up any debris. They worked to ensure I was pleased with the install and function of the units. Regan and Sons responded rapidly when we called them to report that our air conditioning unit had failed. They did a temporary fix while waiting for a repair part. Unfortunately the repair part was defective, so they expedited another part and got the unit going the next day. They are very professional and polite, and always leave the work area clean. I am very satisfied with their response and commitment to do it what it takes to fix the problem.

I was able to go online and make an appointment that was convenient for me . They called before they came and were extremely helpful and kind explaining what was wrong with our thermostat. I had actually wired something wrong and he thoroughly explained my mistake . We will always use Regan’s for all our heat and air needs. Highly recommend !!
