The guys are very professional, and very consciencious . Well mannered. Very efficient.

We have used Regan and Sons on many occasions, however our last service was not satisfactory. My husband left work 1/2 day early and was stood up. Tech called to say delayed on another job after he was already late. They rescheduled for.another day and appt was kept. Cleaned my outside unit, and serviced with no issues and no parts required. $92 charged, I’m ok with that however high for 30 minute visit. My complaint is $88 for trip charge, which I was not made aware of when appointment scheduled. The IRS reimbursement for business mileage is 58.9 cents per mile. Door to door round trip was less than 40 miles. 58.9 x 40= $23.56 Door to Door drive round trip 1 hour. I’ll pay the tech that hour @$25.00 an hr. There is absolutely no reason why a trip charge to my house should exceed $50. I’m all about being fair and not gouging people. Please ask what trip charge is before committing yourself to an appointment with Regan’s. S.Murphy

We have been a customer since 1996 with a new install while remodeling a house built in 1881-82. We still have the same units with no problems until this year which was a minor one. Our A/C went out on a Friday night about 12 am. I phoned the office, leaving a message letting them know the situation. They returned my phone call bright and early Saturday morning. The fabulous tech came exactly when he said he would. Yes he was here, made our repair within 8 hours from my call to them.

So professional and so kind!! It's very clear that these guys are the experts. I called them for a second opinion after an outrageous quote for broken components by another company. They came right away and immediately fixed the problem without replacing anything! These guys are now my go-to HVAC people!
