We’ve been using Ted’s for about 4 years now. We have found their customer service to be exceptional. When the dreaded time came for a new HVAC system replacement, they were competitive amongst other quotes and offered extras at no cost that other companies didn’t such as extended warranty, 2 year maintenance package, etc.

We highly recommend Ted’s.

Out with the old and in with the new! These guys are always so polite and professional. Had them remove 2 old HVACs and install 2 new. No fuss, no muss.

Joshua installed a new water softener system. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He made sure I understood what he did and how the system functioned before he left.
When trying to find a plumber to come give us an estimate on replacing our old water softener, Ted’s was the only company to set an appointment and then follow through. Will use them again in the future.

Antonio was very polite and professional. He let me know all of the options for repair available to me and detailed explanations. Great job!

Update 7/3/2023 Antonio went above and beyond to fix my Hvac when I had another issue with my air conditioner. This is the only company I will use for my heating and air needs.

Wow! This company is amazing. Came early and the price was just great. Explained everything to me. Michael and Richard were super amazing. I have had other companies before out for the same issue and was quote in the thousands. Ted's HVAC fixed it for less than $200.. Even signed up for the Ted Plan where they come out twice a year.

Great communication that felt authentic and positive, great teamwork with Cameron. Checked and double checked their work. Went over all the details answered our questions. Acknowledged that they know is is a large investment and made sure we knew to contact them if we have any problems.

This company is taking advantage of seniors in the Roxboro area who don't have other options for their HVAC and plumbing needs. Repair services wirh this company are always charged even with maintance services!
