I’ve been using Ted’s since 2018 when they installed my HVAC system in my just-purchased old 1960 house that previously used only wood and long-defunct baseboard heating. I’m well outside of what I’d expect their service area to be, but my dad lives near them and they’ve always been enthusiastic about coming out to me. Not grudgingly; they’ve dismissed every time I’ve expressed reluctance to have them come out all the way to my house.

When I was gathering quotes, they provided by far the most realistic, efficient, and well backed quite of the five providers that quoted. They provided three tiers of system options and explained in clear detail what each of those system installs would entail, what systems and components they’d use, what the costs would be, and offered a SIX YEAR 0% financing promotion at the time through Wells Fargo credit. I cannot recommend them enough for HVAC installation. They came in and installed ducting and a three-zone system in no time flat and everything looks great and seamless, in spite of the attic space being built for no more than a large raccoon to navigate. They were also very forthright about where and whether it made sense to extend ducting vs mini split systems.

Since then, they’ve done twice yearly system maintenance consistently for a reasonable price, and they’ve come and fixed a couple of issues when the drain line got gunked up. Their technicians and installers are always extremely gracious and careful even in my dumpy house. They’ve always been respectful about whether or not to mask, and as a rule they wear shoe covers even though I’m not especially worried about the aforementioned dumpy house.

Now they’ve added plumbing, and I’m thrilled. It sometimes feels so hard to identify a good, reliable plumber who won’t just charge you for whatever you seem game to pay. Josh is great, gave clear, helpful advice about what would or wouldn’t work in my house, and gave me a reasonable quote that he talked through for the work that needs to be done.

If you need HVAC help or plumbing help, I can’t recommend them enough. They’re good, honest folks. They're friendly and kind, and they communicate well with reminders and just the right amount of emails (they absolutely DO NOT spam you; emails are rare at only a couple per year most of the time and they’re always relevant). Their prices are excellent relative to the quality of their work and their professionalism. If they keep adding more services, I’ll keep using them for those new services. Pete found a major problem with our system. The repair is going to take longer than expected and he made sure we had portable air units brought to our house so that our house remains livable. Very professional every time we have dealt with him. Extremely knowledgeable about his profession!

Ted’s is super professional, respectful, on time, meticulous, and goes beyond and above to do the right thing and take great care of the customer. They were very thorough, found several issues in our multiple HVAC systems, provided options, did great work, explained everything they did and then made future recommendations to help reduce energy usage and optimize comfort. They have installed new ductless and high efficiency Trane units that are uber quiet and super efficient. Ted's has also replaced my well pump, toilets, hot water heater anodes, and relieved 33-yr old pipes from years of crud build up. The Ted’s Team is the only HVAC and Plumbing company to work with!!!

My unit was diagnosed on 6/27 to need a part to get it running at peak performance. Living in a time with zero supply chain confidence I was prepared for the repair to take weeks. To my surprise within 5 business days my unit was up and running. The unit was diagnosed correctly by Ethan and finalized by Joseph. Both techs were polite and well mannered. Our questions and concerns were answered and fingers crossed everything stays running.
