I don't know who does their training, but their technicians are completely professional, curteous, informative, and clean. I was unhappy years ago with another HVAC company, so switched to Teds. I've been with Teds for many years now and have had nothing but complete satisaction with them.

Being customers of Ted's HVAC for several years, I could write a book on how awesome all the office people and the technicians are who we have met. We finally needed to replace our whole HVAC system. From the beginning to the end, we were kept in the loop of what would happen and when. My best review is that we are very happy and satisfied with our new HVAC system and we will continue as customers for many years to come. Thank you Ted's HVAC!

After a power failure this past week, we woke up to find we had no water even though our power had been restored. I gave Joel a call at about 7:15 in the morning and explained the situation. He had a technician onsite at my home by 11:00 AM same day and the plumbing issue was resolved in about an hour or so. I highly recommend Ted's for any of your HVAC, electrical or plumbing needs. Make sure your join the Ted's Club also. It will save you some $$$ if repairs and maintenance are needed. Once again, great job!!!

Everyone was very informative about the system. They knew our house and what was wrong. The two young me who installed our new system were very polite and nice to my family. Cleaned up after themselves everyday. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you for all you did Ted’s.

I had my downstairs HVAC unit replaced by Ted's 3 years ago. From the initial phone call to the final installation, every employee was kind, seemed genuinely interested in helping us, showed integrity, and exhibited a high quality of work. We got a 15 SEER Trane gas pack unit installed at a great price. Ted's worked with our schedule and got the entire system installed with as little interruption in our schedule as possible. The initial comfort specialist who examined out home and current system and made the recommendation for the new one was very thorough and helpful. The installation manager was also very professional and concerned with the final result showing a high quality of work. They were always very responsive and accommodating, and they also registered our warranty and Duke Energy rebate.

We've also had our upstairs and downstairs systems inspected by Ted's twice a year since. All of our experience with them has been outstanding! I'd highly recommend Ted's with any HVAC needs with no hesitation!
