Pete was very helpful to us on letting us know what work we needed done and giving us information. He was just the nicest guy and very knowledgeable. We evidently need some duct work done and he explained everything about what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. I feel better knowing that when the work is done, it will be done right. A great company!

I placed a service call and they got someone out the same day. The tech was professional and respectful. I was charge for a diagnostic. Part of the way through I was told he found a problem and that I would need to buy a part for him to continue. So, I did. I soon felt the cold air. I was happy. He went on his way and about 1.5 - 2 hours later the same problem started again. I called in, the female that answered the phone said they would send someone that afternoon. The family and I canceled plans and stayed home waiting. a bit after 5pm, I called and they were closed. The answering service said he would send a message to the emergency crew so they could give me an update or at least an ETA. Around 9 pm I sent a messaged to the company for them to call me the next day. I was not satisfied. They advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I have not heard back from them via phone nor email. A tech did show up at my home after I had gone to bed and scared the family by knocking on the door and ringing the door bell late at night. He then decided to try and charge my wife again for re-doing the poor job he did the 1st time. Of course she refused. He did provide her with more information but did not fix the problem. $250 later we have the same problem we had before we called them... they have yet to call or email us back... hiring these guys is like throwing your money away. Stay away... one side note, they try to sell you their annual servicing plan hard!! It is a gimmick, if you have the plan they probably fix things correctly so they do not have to come back out...?? When you refuse the plan your AC will have the same problem shortly after they leave.??? Feels that way. It is sad that companies are like this.

Chris was very respectful and very detailed. He explained alot and was even great with my pet. He took his time and talked about everything to make sure we would get the best quote and system for our home.

Michael Evock was very professional and informative at our ac routine maintenance visit today. We were informed of the new items available for our unit but not pushed into purchasing anything extra. Our experience with this company has been over the top. Keep up the great work!!!

I was very happy with my service call. Joseph came out and serviced the heat pump in a house I had purchased a few months prior. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Really a great experience. My heat pump had a few issues that Joseph handled and it is working very well over the past few months. I also spoke to Chris for a quote on a new unit and the person booking appointments. Both were very friendly and helpful.

Service was very professional and in a timely fashion. Great experience would recommend to anyone. Thanks for all the help!!
