Ted's HVAC + Plumbing

We had a scheduled maintenance last week with Richard and he discovered that we needed a new unit. Called the office and they got us set up for Chris to come out on the same day. Chris was so professional and explained the different estimates. He helped us choose the system that is best for our home. Corey and Cameron came out today to install the new unit. They are two of the hardest working young men I have ever encountered. We are beyond pleased with the work that was completed and the entire Ted’s team. We cannot wait to work with them in the future.

Rude awakening to being completely out of water, but called Ted's on a chance they could get to us. Wonderful contact over the phone, very courteous and prompt assistance. Our water went out on a holiday weekend. I called Ted’s first thing and they came right out. They were professional and explained everything to me during the process. They had our water working within a few hours. Highly recommend this company. Great experience in a frustrating situation!

During maintenance checks, Micheal found rust build-up. He cleaned the part and found it was mostly rust. He gave me choices to consider about my system. Also referred me to Chris for further considerations. Thanks so much! I would recommend this business to anyone needing this service.

Pete and Antonio came out for a service call in which they talked me through repair vs. replacement. Chris was able to come out the next day and provide me with an estimate. Corey and Cameron completed the install today. They were beyond professional and corresponded with me throughout the day because I was not home. Richard received our call for a last minute repair on our furnace. Richard was very informative and helpful on what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. Even though it was late and the repair was going to take a while, he got our furnace fixed without any complaints.

Richard was fantastic in troubleshooting and repairing my heat pump. Ted's HVAC as a company was also great with communication and kept me up to date for when a tech could be at my residence in this busy time of year where HVAC fails. I was very impressed and signed up for their yearly maintenance program!
