They had an appointment to come out between 1 and 3. At 3:20, I called to find out what time they would arrive. The person was extremely rude and told me that he couldn't be bothered with it today. Everyone has had the frustration of waiting hours for a company but I have never heard of a company just deciding that they weren't going to show up and then not even let you know. I would never recommend this company.

We we're given a time frame of a technician coming between 1-5pm. We were advised they would call 30 minutes out. After 5pm came, I called to see if they were still coming. The lady who answered the phone seemed annoyed that I called to request an update. (We have plans out of town and planned on leaving tonight). I was advised that we were the last call and the tech is still 5-10 mins out from the second to last call. When requesting for an estimate on how long the tech expected to be, I was given more attitude from the lady on the phone stating he would call 30 minutes out. Once explained this was not ok with me given prior plans and needing a time frame, the lady got back on the phone with the same exsisting attitude. I understand not being able to give an exact time, however if you are going to miss the time frame given, a courtesy call should be made. Also once a schedule for the day is made, perhaps an updated time frame could be given. Very upset with the office staff.

Edit: The technician showed and was extremely knowledgeable, polite and fixed the issue quickly.
