We called Carlton Heating and Air, and they said they would be here within the hour and they were. I was shocked ,since we are experiencing record breaking temperatures (upper 90's and 100) They came and were friendly ,knowledgeable and remedied our situation. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Have been very pleased with the service. First time using Carlton Heating, had 4 month old and AC had gone out upstairs and temp in house was 85 degrees. Everybody I called before Carlton Heating said could not get there for a few days. Carlton Heating said would be there in an hour. Carlton Heating got it fixed. Have been using them for almost 6 years now.

Shortly after moving into my new home, we experienced some problems with our heat. We woke up two mornings in a row to 65 degree temperatures. When we called our property manager, they dispatched Carlton Heating and Air who responded in a very timely manner considering inclement weather conditions in the triangle. The dispatched contacted us to let us know where our work order was in line and apologized for any inconvenience that the delay could be causing. She was polite, professional, sensitive, sincere, and empathetic. When our service tech made it safely to the house he was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, informative, and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you, Carlton Heating and Air for warming us up and making our new home cozy and welcoming.

Three days after we bought our house, the air conditioning stopped working. We called Carlton Heating and Air Conditioning and they came out the same day. Mr. Carlton examined our unit, explained what was wrong with it and indicated when he could get the parts and fix it. True to his word, he obtained the parts as promised and fixed our unit. He was friendly, polite, very professional and he knows what he is doing. In addition, Ms. Kelly in his office was wonderful to work with and kept me up to date on what was happening with parts delivery. I will call Carlton Heating and Air Conditioning whenever my air HVAC system needs work and I will heartily recommend them to all my friends. Thank you for doing a great job!

My air went out overnight at my rental property on the hottest day of the week. The president of Carlton Heating & Air came out himself and serviced my unit. My air was back on within 30 minutes. Any company where the president will help out his service department is a company worth my continued business.

Very nice company they have came out and fixed our coil and a compressor. Super friendly all employees that came to the house on the two occasions talked to me and my husband like family never tried to sell us anything but what we needed . Prices were super affordable and they cleaned up all their mess with out a trace they were even at my house.

Carlton Heating and Air were out to my house within 24 hours, replaced the capacitor, gave me some great advice, AND took down a wasp's nest. They were professional, fast, and courteous! I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Edit: the technician was extremely nice and helpful. He was here no more than 15 minutes and fixed the issue immediately.....

We were told we would have a technician out here yesterday between 1pm-5pm. We didn’t get a phone call until 9pm that evening stating that they would be here first thing in the morning around 8a-8:30am. So at 10am my husband called the company who seemed rather annoyed that we had the audacity to call them and question when the technician would be out since they never showed up yesterday and weren’t here this morning at the time they stated they would be. We were told he was working on another job and couldn’t tell me the time when they’d be here “we TOLD you we would call when we are 30 minutes out” but yesterday when the technician spoke to me at 9pm he made it seem like we were going to be the first job of the day. Very unprofessional when speaking to customers and if the company I rent from didn’t request these people, I would find another in a heart beat!
