We have had a cold room in our home and I thought we needed another floor vent. I got John Carlton to come look and he agreed another vent would solve my problem. The crew came out 2 days later and did a very neat job installing the vent and within 2 hours the job was done. We have been very pleased with the room now being the same temperature as the rest of the house. Good price and good service.

I contacted Carlton’s Heating and Air after my AC unit went out on a 90 degree day, it was not a good situation to be in. All other companies told me a week out but I called them told them I work from home so my son and I are here most of the day and it would be hard to make it until next week. Crusie Parker understood my situation and moved some stuff around and came to fix it after 5pm that day! Couldn’t be happier AC unit works now and now they do preventative Maintanence on my system so I’m sure I won’t be in the same situation again!

Had the best experience yesterday with John. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on what the issue was. He wasn’t in a rush to leave without resolving the issue. He was very professional and explained to our family what the issue was and we slept very good because he fixed the issue. Even speaking with the female over the phone scheduling our tech to come out was very friendly. This company clearly knows what their doing and you won’t go wrong choosing Carlton heating & Air conditioning.

TOTALLY RECOMMEND CARLTON HEATING AND AIR COMPANY. Just wanted to let you know the guy that came today was very polite and professional. The response time was far above anyone else. I needed a same day appt. I was called back with a time in the afternoon and received a call 20 mins in advance that someone could come earlier and they did. The guy that came was through and was in and out and my household was back to normal.

No call, no show.

I was attempting to be a return customer because our furnace is in need of repair. I called on Wednesday, January 12 and they offered me an appointment for 8am-12pm the next day, which I gladly accepted.

The next morning I waited at home until 12pm. No one called or showed up, so I called their business and was told that my appointment was actually for 1pm-5pm. I knew this was not true, but figured it was a misguided attempt to cover for their team, so I accepted this, rearranged my other commitments for the day and waited an additional 5 hours. To my disappointment, still no one showed up.

I called them again at this time, and the person who answered took my information and said I would receive a call back. I did not.

I would have understood if the business was booked and unavailable, especially in this cold weather, or if an unforeseen event had arisen with a team member and we had to reschedule. What I do not find acceptable is that (1) I wasted my entire day at home waiting, when I could have contacted another company (2) they had the audacity to lie about my appointment time and (3) they did not give me an explanation or even respond to me afterwards.

We rent and our company contracts with Carlton Air. Back in April our system went out. Someone came out to fix it and left our home unlocked. It went out again in June. They said a part needed to be replaced. Almost a week later, they replaced it. Didn’t wear masks even though we asked them to put them on in our home. Lady on the phone was rude. July air went out again. They said they fixed it. Again. Now two times in August it’s gone out. This last time the man that came out didn’t introduce himself and then just left without telling me anything or fixing anything. But the lady called me to tell me repairs needed to happen two days from then. She told me they would be here between 8-9am. 10:45, no call. So I call them and they said they were on another job and would call. Finally get the call but then they wouldn’t have time to come before needing to go to work. Not letting them in my house after the guy left it unlocked the first time. So we reschedule to the next day after she was rude again. Needless to say, our rental company has now canceled their service with us and gotten another company to come out and fix all of their mistakes and inadequacies over the last 4 months. If I could give them 0 stars I would. All these 5 star reviews on here must be either lucky draws of simple things or people they know personally to do reviews. Horrible service and horrible company. Do not recommend at all.

The crew was extremely polite and professional. They worked very hard, answered all my questions and were never rushed.

I had a new AC unit installed, a new furnace and new duct work, all for thousands less than other companies would have charged.

After the job was complete the owner, John showed up at my door to ensure everything was done professionally and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Was a great touch.

This team made the process easy, fast and efficient.

I called them this morning regarding my A/C not turning. There was someone out here at my within a couple hour and now my A/C is back on and I have a nice warm home. The pricing was reasonable and the work is guaranteed for a year. I would definitely recommend Carlton Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. They will be my go to for my heating & a/c repairs needs from now on.

My heat pump failed during one of the coldest weeks we had so far this winter and I needed a new system as soon as possible. Carlton Heating and Air efficiently completed the installation of a new heating system in one day. All team members were courteous and professional. I highly recommend John Carlton, Carlton Heating and Air.

Our Gas pack was almost serviced Oct 18 and heat exchanger was defective. Today is Dec 1 and the wires are laying on the ground and screws all around. The exhaust deflector is also on the ground. Parts to repair the under warranty parts are either being delivered by the end of last week or still on permanent back order. I have yet to received any calls from them about any progress or any suggestion as to how to get heat restored.
