Upstairs A/C went out on Friday afternoon in July. Called and they were at my home with 45 minutes. They quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair while providing an explanation of what they were doing throughout the process. Repair cost was reasonable. Carlton Heating @ A/C is my new heating & A/C guy.

Carlton Heating and Air Conditioning were great! They were quick, kind, and did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend their services. During the time of year when everyone's air conditioning is going out and their schedules are full, they were able to get to our house and fix our air in 24 hours time.

Prices are in line with what real, honest, and hard working families make. Ironically, they were a referral about two weeks prior to my system completely breaking down unexpectedly. I actually had another company come out so that I can get a couple of estimates. I didn't tell them what the other company said. Carlton Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. diagnosed the same issues. He told me exactly what I needed to get the system up and running and did not price gouge...unlike the other company. Fantastic job. Great service deserves a great review!!

We have dealt with Carlton Heating and Air on 2 separate occasions. Both times the service technician has come out when they told me he would, was friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly at a fair price. I would recommend them the next time you have a heating or AC problem.

These are the BEST guys for fixing your A/C. The Carlton Heating and Air Conditioning crew came and checked out our A/C unit when it gave us trouble on a super hot day-we are so grateful for their quick and prompt service to fit us in their schedule. They were professional, shared with us tips to care for our unit and keep it in the best shape, and quickly diagnosed our unit's needs. They were GREAT and I can't recommend them enough. If you ever need repairs for A/C they are the best place to call.

Great customer service! They are a locally owned business with very reasonable prices, which is important for our property owners. They are always professional and courteous to our tenants and schedule appointments in a timely manner. They quickly diagnose any problems and make repairs. Best service experience. Quality work, reasonable prices, and professional, courteous, and enjoyable to interact with them. We bought a 20 year old house. After 20 years, the system that Carlton Heating installed when the house was new gave out. We figured that they must have done well in maintaining the units to last 20 years so we called them to install two new heating systems. The president of the Carlton showed up and remembered installing the original units himself 20 years earlier. Quite an impressive story. We anticipate another good 20 years on these new units under the same care as the original units that were installed and maintained by Carlton Heating & Air Conditioning. We called them on a Monday. The President of Carlton showed up on Tuesday. They began work on Wednesday and were finished on Thursday afternoon. Most impressive service experience. The two installers were very courteous and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend Carlton Heating & Air Conditioning.

Our family has used Carlton Heating & Air Conditioning multiple times over the past few years and each time have been very satisfied with their work. They are very easy to work with and very prompt in coming out to fix our heating or air conditioning problems. As a mechanically challenged individual, I feel they could easily take advantage of me recommending a new unit, but have been able to perform quick fixes for a lot less money. I trust them, highly recommend them, and will continue to use them in the future.
