I had to call for service on a holiday weekend, and an evening at that! They were available, John took the call, and he was able to stop by the next morning.

He was very personable, honest and transparent. He explained the process / next steps / recommendations to us and had no problem answering any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, especially on such short notice during a holiday!

Great company! I have a textbook "Type-A" personality with very high expectations regarding customer service and attention to detail. Got to say, these folks get it. They're patient, respectful, responsive, and really want to make it right. I had a new HVAC/furnace installed in the middle of July. These folks didn't know me at all - blind call. They were on it. I had a new system in place two days later. Was it perfect and hiccup free, heck no, but they remained patient, professional, and responsive, stating, "You're satisfaction is the most important thing to us. We get it, we understand." Wow... Shout out to Misty, Katelyn, Barry, and John Carlton, y'all have a great organization. Appreciate it!

He was able to make sound recommendations and make the repair. I am a Realtor and have had experience with many different HVAC Companies. No one showed for the appointment. When I called they said they were not coming out and the appointment shouldn't have been scheduled, they were "too busy". Apparently they are too busy for customers. The woman who answered the phone, just as other reviewers have stated sounded annoyed she had to answer the phone.

Edit: 3 years after this review I received a "response from the owner" seen below. How's that for service!

Carlton Heating and Air is awesome!! Cruz and another employee came to my house, first they were exactly on time, when I requested the appointment and then they put in my new Wi-fi thermostat in literally 10 minutes!! He was so fast and so efficient!! He was very knowledgeable because I had some other questions about my heating and air that he had no issue answering!! Very nice employees!! Overall, an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has HVAC issues!! Will definitely be using these guys for any of my HVAC needs!! :)

I have had 10 people from two different companies come out to look at my air conditioner. None of them could tell me exactly what was wrong. Justin came out and within minutes of walking in the door he identified one of the problems. He fixed it and came back the same day to fix the second thermostat and some duct work. He came out a third time in one day to ensure the AC was running properly and not malfunctioning. This company was my Saving Grace. Justin was incredibly knowledgeable amazing at his job very respectful. He guarantees his work twice in one day. Again such an amazing company.

An employee from this company drove up and down my residential road tossing advertisements into mine and my neighbors drive ways and yards, littering throughout our entire neighborhood. I don't care if you want to give us an ad, but don't toss it on the ground and in our yards, put it in the mailbox so you're not littering. VERY unprofessional!
