Grainger Industrial Supply

I was going crazy trying to find flags for the state of NC and happen to come across Grainger. THANK GOODNESS!!! While they didn't have the inventory in stock, Idris was able to order them for me and get them to me right in time! I am forever grateful and would highly recommend this location. All of their employees are knowledgeable, personable, and provide great customer service.

Submitted an online order, then made the trip to the Grainger store in North Raleigh for the pickup. Very impressed with an organized and clean store and friendly staff. A big shout-out to Ricky for his friendly and efficient service.

Their staff is always willing to help no matter how big or small and item you may need. All I needed was the nut for this lamp. Counter sales person was willing to help me find the one I made it. Thank you!

Had a problem with finding the right size due to an issue with my foot. With the help of darnell was able to go on the truck that and find the perfect fit with the help gregg...wonderful. after trying so many boots on..my feet are finally comfortable...thanks guys!!

Just picked up our generator and gas cans for the incoming hurricane. Grainger employees were organized with the huge influx of orders. The lines were long as to be expected and the employees kept awesome attitudes and delivered great customer service. Very easy experience in a hard time in the triangle. Will go there first from now on!

They forgot to unload my $1500 order and wouldn't tell me anything about it. Had to call the 1-800 number to have them help me. That is also how I learned some parts where still here at this location. Took way to much effort for a simple heads up. Also they tried to charge me freight shipping even though I already paid a shipping fee.

First time visiting Grainger to get supplies. Impressed! Nice people there who were polite, helpful and friendly. Particularly liked the screen my side so I could see what was being ordered. I'll be back!

They have many products that would surprise you! I got a 2.5 gallon humidifier and saved 16 dollars picking it up from the Amazon price! Shopping got easier.

Grainger has about any industrial product or part you can imagine, but not necessarily in stock. Usually shipping time is quick on most orders. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are sometimes higher than other companies, but perhaps not as convenient or quick to get. If Grainger's doesn't have it, I don't know who does.
