Would definitely recommend! After having multiple other companies give poor service and not fix the issue, they came out the next morning, were on time, professional, and had our heat working that day.

I have used Carlton HVAC since 2014. Over the years they have 1) run a gas line to my fireplace, 2) run a gas line to my kitchen, 3) fixed my furnace, and 4) recharged my AC. They were happy to run black pipe to keep my basement looking nicer. John Carlton and his team have always done a great job.

The Carton team was very responsive and showed up the next day to evaluate my failed AC and provided several options for repair/replace. I opted for a full replacement of the HVAC system and they did a great job at a very good price!!

I am so frustrated with this company. If I could go with another company, I would but I can’t because I rent and this is the company I’m forced to deal with. They have come out six times to “fix” my air. It has gone out six times in 5 months. We have had to stay in a hotel twice so my pregnant wife doesn’t over heat. In those times they have come out the following has happened:
- they left multiple nails in our carpet
- they left our house unlocked and the spare key box wide open
- one man refused to put his mask on even though I asked repeatedly (when he is in the attic, I don’t care, but when he is walking around my home, I need him to put on a mask. I wore one while he was in my home.)
- the owner came out to look at our system. Didn’t say a word to my wife when he left (I wasn’t home) and left a ladder here. She had to move the ladder out of the way and call the front office to find out if he was coming back and when someone was coming out
- they have hung up on us
- didn’t show up for an appointment

I don’t know if we get such poor quality of service because we are renters or because we are women or if it’s just a bad company. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I used Carlton Heating and Air recently and have to say that not only was there service outstanding, but I called on a Friday night when my Air Conditioning unit shut down and had a technician here by 11 am the next morning. The technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My air was back on in no time. They were very reasonably priced. I would hands down recommend this company to anyone who is having trouble with there heat or Air. Definitely a five star company which Unfortunately is a rare find these days.

I just bought a new home.unbeknownst to me there were a lot of Hovc issues that weren't discovered in my inspection report. they were wonderful in unraveling the array of problems with my air conditioner and also my heating. Super nice guys. And we're willing to work with my warranty company

My A/C went out and I called Carlton Heating and Air Conditioning. I received great customer service and was told a technician would be out before end of day. They arrived two hours after I called took a look at me system and had it fixed not long after. I had my grandchildren that day and was pleased that I received such a quick response. I will be referring Carlton Heating and Air Conditioning to my family and friends. Very Happy Customer!!

Very professional knowledgable called them and in less than 24 hours came out repaired the unit. They were not in a rush to get out they acted like they cared that the unit was completely repaired changed the filters too. The next time I need someone I will call them again !!!

Our air conditioner wasn't working properly, blowing out hot air. A repair man showed up a day after we called and had it fixed in a hour! He was very professional nice about everything. I would definitely recommend them!
