Allen Kelly and Company installed an HVAC system in a rental house we own. Later, a new tenant moved in, and she reported that the heater was broken. I called the company, and they sent a repairman immediately. It turned out that the tenant just didn't know how to set the thermostat. The repairman taught her how to set it. And they did not charge me for the service call! I am so happy with this company!

We have been working with Allen Kelly & Company for 16 years. They are honest and will shoot you straight. We have purchased both our upstairs and downstairs units from them, as well we have a maintenance contract for 2x a year cleaning and checking the units to make sure they are running at their best. We have referred them to several of our neighbors. As of the date of this review, we wouldn’t use any one else!

Allen Kelly and Company has been a great company to deal with as we researched the purchase and installation of our new HVAC System. We received quote(s) tailored to our needs and requests, plus answering our many questions. The installation was done in a timely and professional manner. The technicians who have come to provide preventive maintenance have been very courteous and knowledgeable, answering any questions we have. Also, the customer service folks have been very responsive to any calls or emails. The entire staff we have dealt with always keep us informed of scheduled visits. Thanks.

Rick Slater did a great job explaining everything and offered a great price. He answered all of my questions and was very responsive. Buying a new ac system was as stressful as buying a car but they did a great job of making me feel like I made the right choice. I checked out 5 other places before picking them The install went smooth and they turned in the paperwork correctly so, I got my duke energy rebate in 2 weeks. Looking forward to do business with them in the future.

I called Allen Kelly because they had installed the system for the previous homeowner and I knew they would be familiar with it. They were able to come out the next day to my surprise. I got a call the next morning that they were able to come out early. Roger the tech was very nice, they have nice trucks, and he was thorough with the checkout. Very pleased and will definitely use them again, but hopefully the need won't arise.

I have used Allen Kelly Company for two AC installations and one furnace installation over the past three years. They are professional, clean, and in my opinion the best around for AC and heating needs. The care doesn’t stop after the work is complete, they respond to questions immediately. Chris was friendly and courteous. He did the maintenance on my heating system and was both professional and efficient. AllenKelly has done my maintenance for the last 8 or 9 years and always done a good job maintaining my HVAC system.

After meeting with 7 HVAC companies a few years ago we decided on Allen Kelly because we felt the local small town connection. We have not been disappointed. We have had to call after hours and no matter the time we get to talk to someone. When we schedule them out they are on time; treat both me and my home with respect and are trustworthy. This a great relationship and I would recommend them.
