For our most recent service, Jason from Allen Kelly arrived promptly and fixed the problem in a relatively short time. He was courteous, communicative, and professional. I’ve used the company for years and always been satisfied.

Derek was fantastic! We called to have our AC repaired (on a holiday weekend no less!) and it just so happened he was less than 10 minutes away. He was quick, professional, and super polite. Could not ask for better service!

Allen Kelly has done service work on my furnaces for many years and I cannot recommend them more highly. They are knowledgeable and professional. They will talk to you about your system and get you the best for your needs. They are priced competitively and overall just nice people!

Called the company Monday morning with an air conditioning issue and they quickly scheduled an appointment for the next day. However, received a call by mid afternoon that they had availability to come see me same day. The technician who arrived along with his associate (Derek and Dillon) were super professional, personable and worked quickly to repair the situation. The cost to do the repair was very reasonable and I will be using them in the future. Their technicians speak large volumes for the work of this company.

I have been a customer for over 20 years from the time they installed my heat pump through maintenance and the inevitable repair. They have never tried over selling me. When they realized I was a tradesperson, they spoke to me as such and would explain what was wrong and what was done. I've happily referred this company to three friends.

I have to say, we've used Allen Kelly several times in the past. This is the first time we've ever had an issue with then. I think we might have just had a bad technician this time. First of all, the technician showed up unmasked. We're still in the middle of a global pandemic. Wear a damn mask when you show up at a customer's house! While he was at my home, he only performed part of the service I had requested. When I questioned it, I was told they were so busy with emergency repairs, that someone would have to come back for the regular maintenance. He also stated that someone would be in touch to reschedule the maintenance service. That was over a week ago, and we still have yet to hear from anyone. Not impressed with the quality of service we received this time.

This is my second year using Allen Kelly. They were recommended by my neighbor and I have no complaints. The office staff was quick to respond. The technician was pleasant and professional. He called ahead and showed up on time. I also appreciated that the technician wore a mask and observed good social distancing during the service call.

Allen Kelly & Company did my install a few years back. Its been a few years since I had it serviced and the unit was giving me problems not heating. Jason F. came out to the house and fixed everything. This guy was very professional, he practiced social distancing, explained everything, and was able to answer all questions. If you need your ac or heat fixed this company will take care of you and your family so you’re not without heat or cold air in the house. Ask for Josh F., great guy, easy to talk to, very friendly.

Derek arrived on time and when he said he would. He took a good look at my condenser unit and checked it out. He answered my questions about maintaining my unit and replacing it in the future (It's an R-22 system). In addition, he answered all of my other questions about how I could make my house more efficient in regards to insulation and cooling. Very professional and friendly. My dog liked him too.
