Modern Mechanical is used for semi-annual PM services for two HVAC units. The tech, Jonathan, arrived on time, introduced himself and purpose of his visit. He entered the home with booties to review thermostat location and locations of air handlers. He was very courteous snd professional. He completed his work in a timely manner with minimum disruption to household. This business has always provided top notch techs for PM services and Jonathan continued that trend.

Modern Mechanical installed our new system several years ago. They did a great job, and still do our seasonal maintenance. Each time we’ve called them, they respond promptly. And correctly diagnose and fix the problem. Today, we had a minor problem and the technician (Dallas) was very polite, professional, and promptly found and fixed the problem. We were very impressed by him. While he was at it, he went ahead and checked out the rest of the system to ensure there was no other problems, gave us some good advice on the unit and even installed the underfloor filter that we had purchased on our own. Other companies could take lessons from them.

Technicians are always kind, helpful and informative. I’m never pushed to add a service or unnecessary testing. The office staff is prompt and gets you in as quickly as possible. Yearly maintenance calls are made to me for scheduling before my calendar reminders even ping me. Just great service all around.
Prime example: I called yesterday morning to schedule a leak test on my unit and they got me in the same day. Highly recommend.

I tried two other companies but they could only put me on a waiting list. Our ac had stopped working and we needed someone to fix it right away. Heather was so friendly and genuinely wanted to help us. She sent a tech out later the same day and called us to let us know he was on his way out. Dallas was professional, put boots on in the house, and explained what he was doing and how he fixed the problem. I was disappointed to have a charge to come out besides the labor but other companies do that too! I was pleased with the service.

Jake arrived precisely as scheduled. He was courteous and professional. I appreciated the time he took to answer any questions I had. Everything was explained clearly and I felt that my system was being well cared for. I am very happy with the service and will definitely use Modern Mechanical for my HVAC needs moving forward.

I have been using Modern Mechanical for the last few years. Very pleased with their work and attention to detail. I had previously used other contracts but Modern Mechanical is very customer oriented. The technicians respect my home, are personable and professional. Very pleased!!

Jonathan was very polite, deferential and professional. He was very considerate of how he and his work would impact our home and made his work as convenient to us as possible and with minimum impact. For example, he declined my offer to open our garage door to make it easier for him to access our system because he did not want to let in the outside cold air. He communicated clearly about what he was going to do and about what he completed. We were very pleased with the visit.

Positive experience from start to finish. Each employee treated the business as their own. Heather and Ashley both gave the highest level of customer service and were flexible and accurate with their scheduling. John and Eric were punctual, professional, and very thorough in their troubleshooting. John took the time to explain every detail in a way that I could understand. Everyone involved turned my frustrating situation around, and I am grateful. I highly recommend Modern Mechanical.
