Allen Kelly & Sons has serviced (and installed) my furnace for several years. They are professional, respond quickly, friendly. The prices are in line with other companies, but no reason to shop around if you find a company you can depend on. Good solid company.

We have used other local companies in the past, but by far we have found Allen Kelly to be the best. We had an issue with our compressor and they were able to isolate the problem and give us options on either repairing or replacing. The process from quote to install was super easy. Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year, and to our delight Allen Kelly has an after-hours service and had a technician out within 30 minutes. Kristopher was outstanding - very professional, friendly, diagnosed our problem right away, and had us up and running in no time. We've used Allen Kelly in two different houses now over the last 15 years or so, and they will always be our go-to HVAC provider!

Currently, I only have a quote for work, but having them come to provide a quote was great! They really helped me understand the various options and were knowledgeable about the details. I have a PhD in mechanical engineering and have worked in energy efficiency for over 25 years but didn’t let on during their visit and was impressed with the honesty, openness, and deep technical knowledge that they explained in understandable language for a layperson.

On time, very professional, courteous and honest. I had another firm that wanted to replace a part that was going to be very expensive Called Allen Kelly and the Tech was able to properly diagnose and make the repair at 1/3 the cost. Good folks.

We were expanding our home, and our contractor recommended we have Allen Kelly & Company, Inc. come out to give their opinion on the best route for accommodating the new space. Brian came out, educated us on our system, and gave us a few options at various price points, as well as his personal recommendation. We decided to install a brand new system.

We were VERY impressed with Brian and his team throughout the whole process. Brian was very communicative, and the team was very respectful of the home, even putting down cardboard to protect the floor. They went above and beyond, cleaning up duct work and fixing mistakes made by the original builder. We will be using them for all of our HVAC needs going forward!

We recently had Allen Kelly & Company install a new AC/Gas Heat system at our home (replaced a 23 year old Carrier system). Great job from start to finish! Marty K did the initial assessment and provided options. Very personable and knowledgable. Answered all of our questions and concerns. Definitely knows his stuff. Settled on option that included 10 years parts and labor (not just parts which standard) and also provided rebates and tax credits. Mario and Chewy did the actual install. Excellent crew. Very capable. Polished work. Left crawl space and yard spotless. Marty also came by to make sure everything on track, answer questions and show us how to use new thermostat. Very happy with the results. Terrific job!

Allen Kelly is very responsive and will do everything they can to ensure your AC system is working as expected as quickly as possible. I had an AC issue occur on a Friday evening at 6:30pm and the technician called me back and was ready to come out an hour later.

Allen Kelly also stands by their work. They have come out and resolved an issue that appeared 6 weeks after my last preventive maintenance appointment and did not charge me anything.
