Allen Kelly went above and beyond. I had three HVAC systems installed. Instead of just switching them out, they analyzed the three floors and reviewed the existing set up and found multiple ways to improve the duct work to optimize and improve comfort and efficiency. Clay Ewing not only provided the estimate but was on-site at the start and each day of the installation to ensure it all went smoothly. Great experience from start to finish.

We moved from out-of-state and needed someone to look at our AC unit as it was not working correctly. I contacted Allen Kelly company and they had a technician come out the same day. He was very knowledgeable, and diagnosed the problem. He explained all of our options and gave us recommendations. The very next day, we had a salesman come to give us an estimate on a new unit. He was also very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and took his time explaining everything to us. We will be getting a new unit installed in a couple of days!

Allen Kelly thoroughly analyzed my system and was able to make some adjustments which redolved the issue. I am a loyal Allen Kelly customer. Our salesman(Andy) was friendly and helpful. The installation of the heat pump was completed on time The installers(Augusto) was professional and answered all of our questions. Great people to deal with from start to finish!

Our A/C went out on July 3rd evening. Even though they were closed for July 4th, they had an emergency technician in duty who came by. He had six calls before us but still came by. He was professional and even wished me a happy 4th as he was driving off … to another appointment.
