Allen Kelly's warranty's are worthless. You will be charged $200 just to have a technician come out and replace a part, under warranty, that they replaced 4 months prior. A capacitor costs $20 and takes 10 minutes to replace but Allen Kelly would rather lose a customer and get a negative review rather than stand behind their work.

Our Go-To Company for years. Always great service and good advice. We trust them.

Terrible customer service phone support. I have been repeatedly dropped into someone's voicemail with no warning I am being transferred, placed on hold for very long periods or the transfer did not work and the call disconnectd.

A change this year is requiring payment before they will schedule annual maintenance visits. Do you pay your auto mechanic, plumber or electrician before he does your service?

Apparently online payments are not immediately visible to phone associates until they "clear." So even though I received a payment confirmation, I was told they could not schedule service because I still owed a fee. I needed to speak to accounting.

"Maintenance" does not include keeping the insulation on outdoor coolant pipes in good condition. There's an extra charge for that service and it must be requested, even if anyone can look and see it is not in good shape.

We inherited this company when Blinson Service Co. went out of business. Mr. Blinson provided transparent full service you paid for once it was done. The interactions with AllenKelly are just not the same.

We have only had great professional service for one technician...his name is Jason. The other technicians that have come in previous years failed to correct our problems. They always had to send Jason a senior technician out to fix the issues. We recently had issues starting with one a/c unit and called for Jason and on the day of service, Jason was tied up on another job. They called to send another technician. My husband would not allow it. He said if he was taking off work to be here, he wanted to make sure work was done correctly first time. My husband said if Jason were to ever leave company, he would have to look for service from another company. I truly hope the owners of Allen Kelly know how lucky they are to have Jason as an employee.

I had heard good things about Allen Kelly and planned to call them in the Fall. My in-laws’ HVAC had a different timeline in mind (this summer). I couldn’t be happier with the experience unless it was free - which it wasn’t. I called, they scheduled, they were in our area and called to see if we were available, they came and diagnosed the problem. Due to the age of the unit, we opted to replace. They gave us a quote and very fair price (still painful as an unexpected expense), they installed and my in-laws (retired teachers) are happy, cool, and comfortable again. Nobody wants HVAC to go out but I am super pleased with Allen Kelly. They have definitely earned my business. Most importantly, customer service was great and they have earned my respect. Job well done!

The Ac stopped working and even though I was already on a maintenance schedule, when I called, they came right over and found the problem quickly and fixed it.

Allen Kelly does a great job and takes care of all of our needs with professionalism and attention to detail.
