Although my plumbing issue could not be solved due to a product ‘ Glug ‘ I put in my drain the day prior - I would highly recommend this company due to their service man Brandon. He was prompt, polite, very informative and professional. He explained everything in detail to me and could not have been nicer. He had a day one apprentice with him and I would say Brandon is a star employee for Ultimate Plumbing to have.

I have used Ultimate Plumbing for many years on a variety of projects. Some were your standard shutoff valve replacements to massive underground sewage repair projects and leak discovery work. Ultimate has been a great partner for professional/commercial and personal residential needs. I highly recommend them!

I decided to install a Toto toilet with auto flush and the washlett. Definitely not your average toilet. Dustin came out and did an amazing job!

His helper Justin was also on hand. Both were great. So was dealing with their office. From beginning to end, outstanding service on a rather complex toilet to install!

Ultimate plumbing gave me a very competitive quote to re-pipe my entire house and I was able to get on their schedule very quickly. Ultimate sent 2 very experienced and organized plumbers who were able to minimize the amount of holes in the drywall and complete the job in one day with minimal mess and clean-up. I would recommend them to anyone for all plumbing issues, small to large.

We had a home inspection done for a sale of our vacant home. The inspection showed no hot water which didn't make sense because it worked a few weeks earlier when the cleaning crew was there. I called Ultimate Plumbing to check it out. They went out there without me present, which was fine and I authorized it. I don't know what the tech did to "inspect" the water heater. The tech decided it needed to be replaced for $1100 but couldn't get the home warranty people the serial #. Later they finally gave a serial # but the home warranty company could not get that number to match anything for that brand of water heater. I found a picture of the water heater tag the home inspector took and the serial number was completely different than what the Ultimate Plumbing tech provided. I then started to get suspicious so I had someone else check the water heater. Come to find out, there was just a wire loose. Problem solved for next to no $ instead of $1100. So I called Ultimate Plumbing 3 times to talk to the owner Joe about this before posting this review and no one called me back. It's a shame because I have used them in years past with no issue. Something must be different now.

I cannot stress enough, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Tech came out diagnosed an issue, we paid for the repair and was assured all else was okay. WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND REPAIR. But this is where it gets complicated. I initially called due to a methane type smell and water in the crawl space. Fast forward to a week later, still very strong gas smell. We had used a fan in the time between to dry up the water. But the water/wetness never fully would go away. Fast forward one more week, there is lots of water. My husband goes to investigate himself and there is a part of the crawl space that is not easily accessible. We then call Ultimate Plumbing with our questions. Was this side of the house checked, etc? They say it wasn't. But we were never told that by the technician so that we could take the proper steps to make it so that he could DO HIS JOB and CHECK all plumbing to give a COMPLETE diagnostic. We ask if they will please send someone out to see what the issue is that was MISSED in the first diagnostic and expressed that we have no problem paying for the additional repairs. A very unprofessional woman who claimed to be the assistant manager said they would cut a hole in our floor if we didn't remove all duct work. And it would be an additional almost $200 fee for them to just come out and tell us what should have already been handled. This assistant manage refused to let us speak to her superior and failed to call us back yesterday which led to us calling her back today. Due to their negligence and greed, an issue that should have already been handled has gone on longer than needed.

I will say that the secretary, Jennifer was always pleasant during our conversations. She was always professional and returned calls when she said she would. Maybe she would be a better fit for the managers position.

We were told the only way to speak to the owner would be to DRIVE to their home office and be there by 8 am to MAYBE speak to him tomorrow. Needless to say, we've already contacted another plumbing company. I will be reporting this business to the BBB and reviewing on all other sources available.

Don't get taken advantage of by this company.

Today was my first experience with Ultimate Plumbing, and I'm very happy with their service. Joe came out to do a minor rebuild on one of my toilets, and he is professional, courteous, and left my bathroom clean. He was on time and gave me the price for the work up front before starting the job. The woman who schedules appointments over the phone also left a good impression; she's very professional and called me to let me know they were on the way to my house.

JJ came to replace our water heater with a tankless water heater. He was on time, professional, courteous and explained everything he was doing. He answered all my questions and I felt very good about the work done! I love my tankless water heater and would definitely call Ultimate Plumbing again for any plumbing/water needs. They are great!

Anthony Hughes of ultimate plumbing did a great job. He solved minor plumbing issues, maintenance on our well and advised us on maintenance needed on our tankless water heater. In addition he’s helped obtain options to upgrade our filtration system. Anthony was a great communicator telling us what to expect at every step. He did a great job for us and represented ultimate plumbing as a professional. I would highly recommend Anthony and Ultimate plumbing. Ben cowen.

I highly recommend asking for JJ from Ultimate Plumbing. I called on March 25th to schedule an appointment to have my dish washer looked at. (Was leaking and not working) They had me booked for the following Tuesday and gave me a time slot and an idea of cost for them to come out. JJ and his helper showed up on time and fixed the issue instantly and got it back to working great. I will definitely be using them in the future.
