Brand new to the area and my new house developed a faucet leak. Google search popped up "Ultimate Plumbing". Schedule a service call and Joe (JJ) actually showed up early (who does that these days?) and had my problem fixed in a flash. Super nice guy and super nice office folks. I would definitely use their service again!!!

I found Ultimate Plumbing & Repair when I needed a leaking pipe fixed. I called them at four o’clock and they were able to get here within an hour and fix the problem in a fast, courteous and efficient manner. The service tech was also nice to me and my family. I would recommend them to anyone.

needed a cartridge replaced after hours and expected after hours fees, but what i did not expects was bogus pricing. pricing where the cost of the part is lumped together with the labor so they can charge $275 for 40 minutes worth of work. here is the itemized list:

I contacted Ultimate Plumbing to inquire about the "up front pricing" that they gave my wife and asked why the part and labor are combined and why the labor is so godly expensive, answer "that's our pricing sir". No ability to question the cost.

Will never use them again, this is pretty dishonest and took advantage of the fact that my find didnt understand the pricing of parts vs labor.

We had four sinks installed after getting new countertops. The plumbers were prompt, courteous and did the installations we needed without overcharging us for things we didn't need. I received a text message 30 minutes before they arrived confirming the appointment. All went smoothly.

Called Ultimate Plumbing late afternoon and they came in next morning. We had the Main Sewer line backed up. John and his helper worked hard and professional to clean the sewer. We recommend John very much. Great plumbing from Ultimate Plumbing.

I definitely recommend Ultimate plumbing, JJ, Lucas and Andrew did an amazing job for us. We are so happy with all that was done. We had all old sewer and water lines replaced after a major break in our sewer line that flooded our basement. Thankful for Mary Jane being there day or night for all my questions and concerns. Adam went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed to the highest standards.

From my 1st phone call with Jennifer in the office and with the technician coming out to my home, I received exemplary customer service! My garbage disposal was leaking under my kitchen sink and they had me fixed up with a new one within two hours of my initial call

Called at 2:00 pm because we had a leaking water heater and Brandon came to our house by 5:00 pm the same day and installed a new one. He was very professional and did an excellent job installing a new one. I would recommend them and would use them again.

I normally do not take the time to review unless I feel a company is ripping people off. This business SCAMS. They will charge a fee to arrive and then hit you with an unreasonably high quote. They won’t care if you use their services or not due to the fact they charge a high fee to arrive. Over $1900 for a 50 gallon electric water heater install. Part costs $500. RUDE on the phone as well. They will not quote fees until they arrive to ensure the scam. Beware of this service lake Norman home owners! It better be a real emergency if you are desperate enough to use them.
