Extremely over priced for services ***In response to the owner's reply, I was a customer of this business. Your company does not have this email address on file for me, due to it being new. The receptionist/admin for your company was very professional and pleasant over the phone, but your service tech that came out was not, and tried to over sale me multiple times on by a brand new water heater when I kept advsing him that I only wanted the elements and thermostat changed. This service was close to $550, which I could have almost purchased a new water heater for. Also when the tech first arrived, I advised him that I would turn off the electricity to my water heater from the breaker. He told me not to worry about it and that he would be taking over. I went in the house and came out 30 minutes later for him to tell me he had been electrocuted by one of the w. heater wires. My water heater now works, but the experience over all was not good, and I believe this company can do much better.

Fast service from very experienced techs and wonderful communication with the office. Would highly recommend.

Dustin was my tech , he diagnosed and fixed my leaking water heater quickly. His service was exceptional, I made several calls to plumbers and nobody could come today. Thanks to Dustin and ultimate plumbing my water heater is ready to go in under 1 hour.

John had excellent customer service, was able to thoroughly explain what the issues were to us before and during doing the work, and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us pricing even before the work was done so we were aware of the implications and could proceed accordingly. Highly recommended for any plumbing services.

Joe and his crew diagnosed the issue with my mother's sewer pipe on a Saturday (quick response time and he is very professional and knowledgeable) and once 811 had inspected for underground utilities, his crew arrived the following Thursday and quickly removed the collaped "orangeburg" pipe and installed new PVC pipe. They refilled and compacted the soil and speed new grass seed. Excellent work! Having this repair covered by a sewer pipe plan through Duke Energy saved my mother many dollars in repair costs.

Ultimate plumbing installed a new pump for our well. This was the 3rd time that we have used them and have found there work to be very satisfactory and the technicians very nice. The installation of the pump went well, they arrived quickly, because we had no water. However, after the transaction was over with, I soon found out that we had grossly overpaid! I did not receive an itemized bill. The company says that they use a "flat rate system" and that they have competitive pricing. I called the next day and requested an itemized bill. 3 days later they sent me an invoice that listed parts in one column and labor in the other. This was hardly an itemized bill. I called around and received 2 additional quotes that were literally half of what Ultimate Plumbing charged me. I spoke to an owner voicing my concern about being grossly overcharged, and the other quotes that I received, hoping that they could put my mind at ease and maybe make this transaction right, but they did not. They discredited the other companies that I received quotes from and I was told that "this is what they charge and you paid it" I will never use Ultimate Plumbing again! Yes, in hindsight I should have called around, but I trusted this company and had no water! I was not concerned with receiving the cheapest rate, however being charged twice the amount of the going rate in Mooresville is disgusting and being ripped off does not feel good. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. Call another company for your plumbing and well needs!

7/12/18 UPDATE: the above review was posted about a year ago, Ultimate Plumbing replaced a well pump less than 2 years ago and I just had to have it replaced. Well Doctor replaced it for significantly less $$ and they offer a 5 year warranty on their pumps.
I feel so foolish and completely ripped off! Don’t call Ultimate Plumbing for your well needs.
