Adam and Brandon replaced all the copper pipes in my mother’s house and were always friendly, punctual and as neat as possible considering the major construction! We were thrilled with every part of the service, from estimate to completion!
I had a clog in my kitchen drain at the same time, and they came to my house the very next day, working for several hours to locate and remove the clog! We are so happy to have found such a great company that we know we’ll be able to count on for any plumbing issues in the future!

Ultimate Plumbing was a huge help. I had low water pressure in a house I had recently moved into and couldn't figure out why. Joe was able to identify what was wrong with my water pressure and then get it fixed all in about 30 minutes. Very quick and very courteous.

I bought a house in April, was told that the water pump was fixed and it was good to go. well, the second week it began to fail, low water pressure and the pump began to short cycle. I called Ultimate plumbing after I had exhausted everything I knew to look at, including the air pressure tank and a new water switch, I figured that the issue was with the water pump. Joe Hughes showed up on time, I explained all the things I did and what I thought was the issue. Joe listened then went right to testing. He first crawled under the house and noticed that the last home owner set up a secondary filter on my whole house filter system and put it before the system, so it would catch everything and clog the filter in less than 30 days, causing the water pump to work twice as hard. He worked that into estimate, at cost to replace and put it in the correct location after the primary filter system. He said that he could come back out in an hour to begin the work and would bring another tech with him. Well he showed up as he promised and it only took 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. He wasn't bothered by me standing around and watching, was very professional. Explained some of the parts of the install to me and upgraded everything that went back in the well. He was outstanding from the word go. I just had moved into this house and had to deal with family issues that pretty much depleted all my savings, so he worked with me to get the job completed. I highly recommend Ultimate plumbing, from this experience there are not enough stars to rate him high enough. Thanks again Joe!
