Great service. Joe was honest and prompt with his quote, the office staff was very organized communicating and scheduling the appointment and Adam did a quality and professional installation. The entire team was fantastic!

Ultimate Plumbing is absolutely fantastic! We live in New England, but own a condo in NC. We had to have the shower demolished and rebuilt because a prior owner cut corners in a remodel. Ultimate Plumbing worked with us to get everything done on OUR schedule, so that one of us could be on site for the project. The communication was excellent, I even received texts on weekends and after hours to confirm the work, the schedule, etc. Their work was even more exceptional than anticipated. Can't recommend them enough.

Adam came out to analyze the situation with the well at our home and diagnosed a problem with the pump. When we decided to move forward with a repair, they got us on the schedule very quickly and the work was done as quoted. It is so nice to have full water pressure again. We definitely recommend Ultimate.

My wife called Ultimate Plumbing to have a leak fixed in sink in downstairs bathroom. Tech came to house and was nice and personable. Assessed situation and determined that job would be $190 + tax. In a little under 15 minutes he was done. Don't know if anyone reading this has friends that make $800/hour but that's what Ultimate Plumbing made from the hit and run job at our house. After hearing, I immediately reached out to Office Manager over at company to discuss. She relayed to me that we payed for technicians expertise and that was the going rate for services rendered. I let her know that I clearly was in the wrong profession if that is what the "going rate" for plumbing services is.

I asked to speak to owner and was told that he was indisposed at that time but was assured by Office Manager that I would hear back from her before 9am the following morning. 10:30am rolls around without a call or email. I place another call to Ultimate Plumbing. Spoke with a very nice, helpful representative of company who, unlike the Office Manger, did return call later in day with news that company would not look at adjusting outrageous rate charged for services. Owner did not have decency to reach out to me directly to discuss so it tells me that they must get a lot of calls from unhappy customers. In my line of work, if someone felt like I had done something akin to what I felt happened with Ultimate Plumbing and had reached out to a company representative to share those views, I could not have pick up phone fast enough to address their concerns. Do not know how they will try to spin response to review but sure wish they would have addressed my concerns as fast or faster than our $210 leak repair took. I guess in order to post review, I have to give them at least one star. Do not begrudge anyone opportunity to make a living, just do not want to be gouged.

I called Ultimate Plumbing to come by and check out a couple of leaks (one under the kitchen sink and the other with the bathroom toilet). Brandon just arrived 20 minutes ago and has already diagnosed both issues and is currently repairing the bathroom toilet. This is our second time using Ultimate Plumbing and we are very satisfied customers. Brandon has been very helpful!

A few months ago (in February):

I called Ultimate Plumbing at 11 AM on a Saturday with an emergency request and by 2:30 PM, all work had been done. John and his associate were prompt, courteous, informative and the repairs were done accordingly. I definitely recommend them should you need plumbing services in the Lake Norman area.

Called business to come out to our home, they texted to show up (was told they would call) about 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs late, and then proceeded to cancel the appointment before I confirmed the cancelation with them. I was then told it was miscommunication from my husband who is an x intelligence officer in the marine cores fault...yeah ok. Not cool as I had rearranged my entire afternoon with a newborn, 2 yr old and teenager to make this appointment. Any mom with priorities and a breastfeeding schedule will understand this is uncalled for. Seriously poor poor business practice. I will be sharing this experience.

This was the second time we have used Ultimate Plumbing and both times Branden has been amazing. You can tell he loves the trade and always takes time to explain and answer all are questions. Very clean and neat and would not hesitate to use for all my plumbing needs.

We contacted Ultimate Plumbing for an issue with water quality. Joe came out and tested the water and gave us some options for fixing the issue. He and his team were on time, professional, and within one afternoon fixed a problem that a well contractor previously told us was normal and we'd we'd just have to live with. Excellent workmanship, personable, and reasonably priced. We're very happy with their work.

Had a 12 year old water heater that was leaking. Called Ultimate Plumbing and they scheduled someone to come out the next day. We appreciated that they called us in advance to notify us that the serviceman was on his way and gave us a time to expect his arrival. John was very detailed in explaining everything to us and in providing a detailed quote for replacement of the hot water heater. He also provided information on tankless vs. a tank water heater. John returned in about 1&1/2 hours to replace the old water heater. Again, we were notified that he was on his way back out to complete the installation. John replaced not only the old water heater tank but also the other parts. He explained how to service the system every 6 months to keep it in good operational service. Highly recommend this company!

As a business owner, I value customer service, responsive, and a dedication to project completion. I also know what it means to deal with unforseen circumstances and issues. Our downstairs bathroom was unusable and wouldn't drain. We had it looked at by several companies, including Ultimate Plumbing, and they all required a basin and pump. Their quote was competitive, but not the cheapest. We went with them, and had it installed. It didn't work. They came back out (multiple times) for free. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had the solution we were looking for, at no additional labor or material cost. Thank you for all of your professionalism, dedication, hard work and customer service.
