Called Ultimate Plumbing out after our sump pump alarm went off. James showed up on time and was able to diagnose the issue. The ball float needed to be adjusted. Also, the pump appeared to be working good which saved us a lot of money. Everything is good and working again. Thank you Ultimate Plumbing.

Called about a small water leak in our bathroom sink. Spoke with Jennifer at first, and she was able to set up an appointment right away for the following day.
The next day, the boys showed up within 10 minutes of the appointment and were able to find the issue of a broken connection easily. With one trip to their truck and about 15 minutes of time, the leak was gone.
Our repair was very reasonably priced for labor, parts, and the time it took to repair.
Everyone was courteous, and professional, from our phone call with Jennifer, to the boys respecting our home and not damaging anything.
We will be using them for our needs for time to come.

Have used Ultimate Plumbing in the past to install new hot water heater. Needed my Backflow preventer tested. Much smaller job but delivered the same quality / professional experience. Would highly recommend them for any of your needs.

This was my first time to use Ultimate Plumbing. We did not have an emergency, but they immediately responded to my request for a contact, provided a quote up front for what the potential problem was, and came out within the hour. Lukas arrived on time, showed me the additional problem, and quoted what the new total repair cost would be. He finished the job the same afternoon, and was courteous, professional and friendly. I would definitely call on them again!

Great customer service all the way around, I had an emergancy onat the property I manage after hours and they were fast to respond and help get the tech set up! Ryan was great he figured out a plan quilckly and resolved my gushing leak fast! I will be calling them for my future plumbing needs1

I called ultimate plumbing when my 15 year old water heater was pouring out water.
They sent someone out within the hour and gave me a free dispatch to show up and give me pricing.
I loved that they gave me that choice on whether to walk away or move forward.

They installed a 50 G direct vent for me and gave me a great deal.
I had several other quotes from nearby reputable companies similar in size and Ultimate came in with the best price and best brand water heater.
They do not use the box store brand Water heaters , they use an ALL AMERICAN made Bradford White!
They brought everything up to code and even checked to see if I had any other issues in the house!
i would definitely recommend them!

Amazing! Ultimate was recommended by a coworker and Ultimate did not disappoint! Personally, I don’t like speaking on the phone and was able to get everything done by email and text. Mary was extremely quick to respond. They did accidentally cut my internet line but was somehow able to get the internet provider to come out and fix it faster than I could!
I will definitely use them again for all plumbing needs and readily recommend them to anyone!
