Our furnace went out so we called and Phillip came out to diagnose the problem. He arrived on time when he said he would and promptly got to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue and began calling around to find a replacement part but couldn’t find one locally and thought we’d have to order a part. He noticed my wife and I are expecting a baby soon, and so he took the initiative to ensure he found the part we needed to make sure he got our heat back up and running for my family that same day. Very professional gentleman, knowledgeable and caring. Would 100% recommend this company to anybody in need of maintenance. I’ve already referred A/C Rescue to a few people at work and so has my wife at hers and will continue to count on them for future HVAC needs. If you’re looking for a great, reliable, personable and caring company then look no further.

Called for heating inspection at our new home and found issues with the system. Philip was great at keeping us informed. He worked late to get us temporary heat and followed up on the weekend to keep us informed on parts we were waiting on and to make sure temporary fix was working well enough. Highly recommend and will use them for all our heating and cooling needs in the future.

Phillip is very professional and knowledgeable about AC/Heating systems. He cares about getting your system back to working.

FINALLY, a HVAC tech that cares about fixing a system. Philip was promp and thorough. I found out the heatpump system I had a company put in 5 yrs ago, did not set the equipment up correctly. It was a 2 speed system that had only been running on low speed and the heat strips had never been on. He corrected those issues and made a reccomendation for a better thermostat that would control the 2 speed system. Also found a bad control board in the outside condenser which he promptly replaced the next day. I highly recommend his services.

Phil is VERY knowledgeable, kind, polite, and punctual. I have no doubt that he has extended the lives of our existing systems. He also located a piping issue which was a significant safety issue, as gas fumes were leaking in our attic. He is also very reasonably priced for the quality and level of service he provides. Highly recommended!

A/C Repair was the first to contact me after submitting a proposal on Angie's List. Promptly contacted me to set up a time to come out. They were able to diagnose my AC issues in minutes and find other issues that were left behind years ago from an appliance company. They fixed those issues as well. Would 100% recommend for quality of service and professionalism. Price seemed fair for the work done and fixing another companies left behind issues.
