Technician Phillip was professional, well knowledged. He showed up within the hour of me calling the company. Kept me informed of things. Reasonable price, job well done. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for further services.

Phillip did an awesome job. He explained to me exactly what was going on with the system that was easy to understand and also how I check it if it happens again. He also told me some other things I could do myself to help the system. This was my first time calling AC Rescue but I will use them in the future for sure. His customer service was top notch. Our AC went out in the middle of the night & we contacted A/C Rescue first thing the next morning & were told they were completely book for the day but he would find a way to squeeze us in. It was 95 degrees that day & had reached about 88 degrees inside the house. Sure enough, Phillip showed up that same day, checked out the AC unit & fixed it right there on the spot!! He was very nice & professional!! He was quick, knowledgeable & got our AC back up & running!! Kudos to Phillip for being awesome & getting our AC fixed quickly!! I highly recommend this company!!

Phillip is a truly a man of the Lord and has a servant's heart. He was a great diagnostician, professional, and conducted himself above reproach in such a timely manner. I’m so glad that the other places I called didn’t help me. I’m so fortunate to have met Phillip and have him service my outside unit. He explained everything to me with every step. He never did anything without my consent and then walked me through why it was or wasn’t needed. He cleaned the unit and tested the coolant levels. Explained the numbers and why they should be here or there and explained why I should have some added. He added the coolant and then came inside. He explained every aspect of the invoice and walked me back through every thing. Asked me to let him know if anything wasn’t working correctly and he would be back out to look it over. Can I give 10 stars? I’d recommend Phillip for anything AC related.

Phillip and his team did great work. My Lennox thermostat stopped working and after issues with my previous HVAC provider I decided that it was time to make a change.

Phillip was very responsive, upfront, and honest through he whole process. His technician did a thorough inspection/clean of my HVAC system at a later date and have been pleased with their work. I would highly recommend Phillip and his team for your HVAC needs.
