Philip and Michael are the best in the business. Philip is always ready with advice and explanations, even for a handy homeowner / DIYer (like me) who sometimes gets in the way with their own idea of how to do things. Philip’s expertise (and history with my system via the prior owner) was instrumental in tuning up our system this spring; he was able to quickly determine what’s been causing subpar performance and gave a detailed readout on what could improve our system going forward, even giving advice on improvements I can do myself (e.g. repairing and sealing vents and ductwork accessible to me).

Service and part prices were very reasonable; maintenance visit was comprehensive. I’m new to the area but won’t choose anyone else for my HVAC service while I’m here in King!

Phillip did an excellent and efficient job of evaluating our system. The damaged component was located and repaired quickly getting us back to a nice cool house. Appreciate the prompt response, will definitely use again and recommend to anyone requiring HVAC service.

We are very happy to share the experience that we have had in using A/C Rescue to service and repair our HVAC system. Most memorable was the time that we returned home from vacation to find that our AC was out and our home was extremely hot. Philip was there within minutes to repair the system. He is timely and very efficient and most importantly kind and helpful as he completes his work. We are happy to recommend him for any HVAC needs you might have. He now does a yearly maintenance and upkeep which ensures our system performs more efficiently.

Phillip is just so awesome !! He fixed our heat issue last winter. He came out after a bigger company said we needed a whole new system when ours was just put in in 2019. There was just no way and after he came out he said exactly the same thing we did. The system the company wanted us to get would have been awful for our house. The one we have is actually the best we could have. He put a new thermostat in and educated us about our back up system we have to help our system not be over worked and it would be cheaper on us in the long run bill wise. He was so right and we couldn’t be happier. Then just yesterday we called him bc our ac keeps shutting off. He came out the next day and had it up and running just needed a better air filter and some Freon. He so kind, respectful, extremely affordable and takes his time to make sure we understand everything. Wouldn’t call anyone else.

A/C Rescue has quickly and competently fixed my A/C a few times. Recently, my family was visiting from Iowa coming to sticky, humid NC. The day before my AC stopped working! In a bind, I called Phil, and he got me fixed up so our house was not a sweat box. Very professional, honest, and quick work. I would highly recommend.

Philip and Martin are awesome. Philip, the owner of the company, came to our house and evaluated the unit, and the home to determine the size unit it would need and worked with me on every step of the project. He and Martin even came out to install it on a Saturday. That Saturday just happened to be Philips son's birthday. I highly recommend this company and will call them for any further HVAC needs.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! Phillip was SUPER nice and professional. He heard our situation and made time to come to our house even though it was after hours! And then to top it off, he had it fixed in less than an hour. I will most definitely be using A/C Rescue from now on!!! He won’t disappoint!!
