I contacted A/C Rescue and they came out on time and were upfront with what the issue was with my A/C system as well as the pricing to repair same. Phillip is very professional and courteous. I would recommend using them.

Called on June 16th (during the heat wave) I called to report a problem with our thermostat losing power and Phillip called back and said he could come and look at the problem. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Phillip straightened out the problem in no time at all. I am using A/C Rescue for our annual maintenance and recommend them highly. And he is a USMC Veteran!

Called them this morning because our AC died over night, right at the start of a heat wave! I gave them a call first thing this morning, and they told me right up front they were slammed with calls today, but they would try their best to get to me by this afternoon. By 5pm I was really thinking I should give them a call but decided to wait a little while longer. By 5:35pm he was calling me to let me know he was on the way to the house. He was very professional and talked for a couple of minutes and then headed straight to the outside AC unit and started testing it. He had it up and running not long after. He didn't try to up sale me or throw something in that wasn't needed. (Which happens a LOT these days.) He did let me know my compressor was running a bit rough. He just fixed what was broken and charge me for the service call and the repair. I couldn't be happier with the service. This is how you run a good business. I hope he continues to do well in our area!

I first used Philip of AC Rescue in the winter of last year 2020 for a heating system problem that another heating company had already been called out here for the same issue 3 times and the first time the other company put in a new thermostat but the problems persisted and the other heating company basically told me that they had no idea what the problem was except to replace my furnace. Well, I wasn’t accepting that so I found AC Rescue and Philip and he came right out and knew what the problem was right away and had it fixed in only 15 minutes!!! Talk about nice and professional as well as very knowledgeable about his business and that’s Philip all the way. He will even take his time to show you step by step what he’s doing and explain it along the way! Most of the other professionals I’ve come across these days definitely don’t take their time to do that and it shows by making me your customer a priority and I’m deeply appreciative for it.
The I just had to call AC Rescue this past week for my ac unit not working. Come to find out when he pulled the cover off of the ac unit the coils were absolutely covered in dirt and debris and it was so gross. Philip asked me when was the last time that I had my ac unit serviced and the coils cleaned? I said last year and he just shook his head and said that that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time if ever. That just totally enrages me that the fact that this other heating and cooling company that my Mom and I have been using for at least a decade and trusted had been lying to us the whole time and not performing services we had paid for! Woman be very very wary. Here’s the totally AWESOME NEWS LOOK NO FURTHER FOR ALL OF YOUR AC AND HEATING NEEDS!!!! I called about my heat pump fan not working, Phillip came out the next day and had it fixed and running in no time. Extremely nice and knowledgeable. I will call them again if I need repairs done.

We tried A/C Rescue on the advise of a neighbor and we are really glad that we did! Phillip came out and did our heating maintenance and educated us about our system. He found some incorrect wiring and fixed it. He checked so much more than our previous company. He was awesome. We have an older system and he will help us keep it running for as long as we can. We plan to have him come out twice a year from now on. Not only do we feel like he is going to be economical but we have more confidence in our system. I would highly recommend this company because they are priced right, knowledgeable and very honest.
