Very professional and trustworthy. I received a response within an hour of my initial inquiry and they came out the very next day to discuss my options. The installation happened within a week and the job was completed while I was at work! The whole experience was absolutely exceptional. I highly recommend Cool Breeze for any of your HVAC needs. Stephen and Cool Breeze provided my family with excellent service in a time of need. When you lose heat in the middle of December on a weekend with 6 people in your home your first concern is how fast can I get the heat restored and how much is it going to cost. I am somewhat technical so I checked the error codes on my unit and understood what wasn’t working but the cause was difficult to diagnose. I called a tech at another company to come out to our home, and after a 10 minute check he said I needed a $350 part and it would take about three days. I paid him his service fee for coming and looked for someone else. I ended up calling Cool Breeze after my wife suggested it, and I'm SO glad I did, because their service rate for coming out was 25% cheaper than others listed. Not only that, but he came that Sunday afternoon and took the time to talk me through what he saw and thoroughly serviced the parts that were related to the cause of the unit not working. His attention to detail found the cause of the problem, and this repair cost no more than the service charge. Our heat was restored along with my assurance in repairmen. I later signed up for a yearly maintenance agreement and have had no issues since. Mr. Bagby and Cool Breeze's attention to detail, experience and his honest approach to his work is why I highly recommend him to anyone.

We sincerely appreciate the service Cool Breeze provided. Even though they were booked up for the day they came out at 10:30pm after all their other appointments and fixed our air conditioning! When it turned out not to be a huge issue, they were honest about what the problem was, and gave us several options. Everything was fast, professional, and fair. Definitely will use them again.

Cool Breeze replaced our 36 year old duct work. The job was done with a great attention to detail and the workmanship was exceptional. I was very impressed with Stephen's willingness to work with me as I added additional services during the course of the install. His team showed up on time and conducted their work in very professional manner. Additionally, Stephen has been helping me on another related matter and has shown great flexibility in his schedule to help accommodate our needs. Called them in the morning about an issue with one of my AC units going dead. They were out to the house at 2:00. I had eliminated a number of the possible problems, and narrowed it down to the most likely culprit, which involves an electrical problem feeding the condenser pump. Sam confirmed everything and helped get a temporary fix in place and the AC up and running so I can investigate the electrical circuit issue further.
The customer service person in the morning was very helpful and Sam was very knowledgeable and friendly. I trust these folks and will have them back to do some routine maintenance on both units later this summer. Solid company. Good people. A+

Great company! They came to our house to add an A/C unit and a new heater. Very good work ethic, Stephen took his time to do the job right and didn't rush through/cut corners. Price was just right too. Overall, great company and great workmanship. Very highly recommended!

We were having issues with our old AC unit. Stephen came out and cleaned the unit, as well as made recommendations for an upgrade based on the specific condition of our unit. He did a fantastic job, and the cleaning he gave our unit gave us the first real taste of air conditioning we've ever had in this house! Very honest and forthright about the details of our AC system, and no pressure sales tactics or anything. Incredibly helpful and professional people! You can tell they really care. Kesia was willing to listen about a problem already diagnosed, and help me figure out how to get York to locate and honor a 10 year warranty on an eight-year-old evaporator coil installed by the previous homeowner, a warranty that three other contractors and distributors could not or would not help me get sorted out. Steven found the replacement in Greensboro and got it installed within 2 days, just before the first Heatwave! I sweltered through a couple afternoons and over a dozen phone calls before Cool Breeze was able to help me solve the problem in a couple of hours. Bravo Cool Breeze! We had a cooling emergency, it was 81° in our house On Sunday afternoon. I called and left a voicemail and two hours later I received a phone call to schedule my appointment at 0800 Monday morning. Stephen Bagby Came to our house and was fantastic! He had us up and running in no time and it did not cost an arm and a leg. I was so impressed that I asked him to give me a quote for replacing my entire unit in the spring. Would definitely recommend cool breeze for any heating and air need!
