At first gave them five stars . Technician was on time. Staff did answer the phone. The technician added Freon . The air Inside really never got cool. The ac unit manufacturer said it needed 8 lbs Freon. The unit worked as it should so thought it needed more freon. So I called to see how much was added. At that point they could not tell me how much was added although they said a picture was taken of the gauge. If u put the tank on a scale and weigh it and add Freon to the unit u would know how much Freon u put in. Receipt show they gave 6 month warranty. So when I called back to ask what they charge to add more Freon they would not tell me how much they charge per lb for Freon some how they must have figured it out when I paid the $600. Decided to call them back at that point no one would answer the phone . Left message no response. I used this company based on their reviews but found them unprofessional. I am sure they know how much Freon was added and how much they charge you for the Freon .

New HVAC system installed in Feb 2022. AC Unit went off Tuesday evening and did not come on again. Contacted Cool Breeze who scheduled an appointment but also said that they would try to shift other appointments to come out same day. Called within an hour and gave a 1-5PM service window for same day. Technician arrived and quickly & accurately diagnosed cause of issue. Corrected problem at no cost.

Mike Jacobs is a very professional heating and AC installation estimator. He is very thorough and accurate with a prompt quote. I highly recommend anyone to get an estimate from Jacobs. You will be happy as I have already been for two install jobs!

Called to schedule a repair. Explained to them what was wrong with the unit and what needed to be replaced. They were a Technician down but would try and schedule some one to come out. Technician did arrive made a diagnosis which was what I explained to them was wrong, but would be 1 1/2 to 2 weeks before repair could be done. Paid $100.00 for service call. First estimate $2000.00 but would have to have the office call me the next business day to schedule an appointment for repair. Office never called the next day. Called another company which came out got the unit started, made a diagnosis, check for the part in the warehouse, ordered the part, and made the repair when the part arrived in 2 business days for half the price.

Cool Breeze did a great job determining what was wrong with my HVAC and fixing the problem. Not only was the technician great, but their customer service team was polite, professional, and provided a quick turnaround in getting the tech on site.

DaShaun was very polite and punctual, he serviced my air conditioner and went the extra mile to fix my outdoor drain line and flushed it more than once to make sure it was clear. I highly recommend This company.
