Cool Breeze 1250 Heating & Cooling

Replaced my old Heat Pump with new 16 SEER Rheem unit. An older house so they had to do extra difficult work to install. It took awhile longer than usual for the attic installation and drainage lines. They had to call-in extra help at one point but they stayed calm, cool, and professional. Cleaned up well when done and have continued to follow up and make sure all is well. They were not the cheapest bid, but I am so glad I used their services.

Mike Jacobs met with us to prepare a proposal for heat pump replacement. He was professional, thorough and very technically knowledgeable.

Update, post installation. The install was a little rough. The initial crew encountered some problems they could not work through. After 12 hours on Day 1 the install continued into an unplanned second day. Everything wrapped up OK, except the thermostat was not properly initialized, which required a third day to resolve. We are happy with the advanced-capability American Standard heat pump system we purchased. However, the initial install was hindered by the apparent lack of familiarity on the part of the crew with that particular system we purchased.

Mike was on time and very helpful for a quote to replace an entire system along with ducting. They were very easy and quick to schedule to come out to the site to get a quote done. Looking forward to getting the quote back and no matter who does the work, I will definitely give them more shots at future jobs.

Ezra did a good job of locating the problem and explaining why I was having issues. Just waiting on parts. Luckily the next few days are calling for it to be cooler.

I was very impressed with this company's professionalism, and well dressed in company uniform. As everyone know how many repairs you have had done were you were nervous to evan let them in your house. Sam was great and very knowledgeable he found my problem right away. He explained what was wrong and gave multiple ways we could go with on how to get my family some AC. Very respectful in letting my husband and I discuss the best options he gave. Once we let him know what we would like to do. He was very responsive and called the office to see how quickly they could install a new unit. He was even going to provide temporary AC if we would like till the new unit arrived. That was so kind and impressive this company goes beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend Cool Breeze 1250 Heating and cooling. One more thing they had me a new unit within the week and installed it a day earlier than projected.
