Highly recommend Stephan and Cool Breeze. We needed heat and A/C replacement. and had two other companies give us quotes; they were all comparable. Stephan's presentation was professional, easy to understand and his overall demeanor was a factor in our decision. The installation was completed as promised with one necessary re-visit after the inspection. Since we are from Maine, we didn't have a lot of experience with the units and relied on word of mouth to find a reputable company. We were not disappointed. Thank you Stephan!

I contacted Cool Breeze 1250 late on a Saturday night with a non-emergency issue expecting to leave a voicemail. To my surprise, Stephen answered the phone. He was polite and promptly scheduled an appointment for me first thing Monday morning. Stephen and Matt arrived as scheduled and tended to my furnace, even having the parts on hand to make the repair. I am very happy with the service and will contact Cool Breeze 1250 for my future HVAC needs.

I loved my experience with Cool Breeze 1250 Heating & Cooling, Inc.! I live in an old house with an oil and heat pump furnace.The owner of Cool Breeze is a relatively young person. I hesitated to request services from this company because I thought he might lack experience in working with oil furnaces. I am happy to say that he exceeded my expectations. He is very knowledgeable and professional. In no time my furnace was no longer blowing cool air, but nice warm air. Everything was back to normal.

I would highly recommend this company.

Steven from Cool Breeze was amazing. Air conditioning went out on a day temperatures were at 98 during the day. Called him and he came out right away fixed the issue within an hour. Very reasonably priced, great customer service!! Would definitely recommend. Mindy, Kernersville

In the beginning these guys were outstanding, but I have been less impressed of late. First one of their technicians set my system to emergency heat, which I didn't realize until the second service later that year Then last year after paying my annual maintenance fees in May I was charged more in fall, due to their previous 'billing error' (I am happy to pay what I owe, but less enthused about unexpected expenses)
Then more recently we are selling our house and the due diligence pointed out something to do with HVAC. As a loyal customer on an annual maintenance plan for several years I forwarded the recommendations and estimate to Cool Breeze, but the original estimate from buyers HVAC people was $455 and Cool Breeze wanted to charge $585. There's no way I am prepared to pay that much more for work on a house I will no longer even own, and am disappointed that they didn't at least price match the other quote. I have always highly recommended them in the past, but no longer feel like I can.

The service call didn't go as well as we'd hoped. Although they came out on such short notice which was great, i can't help but feel they failed to deliver quality service. For example, they didn't tell me the PSI levels of my system and how many pounds of freon i would need, but instead quoted me $440 to recharge my system when freon is only some $60/lb. In addition, they claimed my uncased A type evaporator coil had a leak and instead of offering to track down the leak, repair it, or even offer leak stop, they immediately jumped to replacing it. Once they offered to replace it, they quoted me several different options which ranged from $2000 to $4000 which were named platinum, gold, silver, band-aid, which was "salesy" and overpriced in my opinion after calling around after. Their hospitality was great, but i was dissatisfied so i left a one star. I've changed it to a three star due to the fact that they refunded us our service call and mailed us a heart felt letter with apologies. These are probably good people, but should definitely work on their sales approach.

What a great company! Stephen came to my house and fixed my furnace> He told me it just needed a good cleaning and nothing was broken. You don't find that much honesty these days and It was nice to see there are still people out there that are! I recommend then to anyone!!
