My heat went out on Friday. I called Cool Breeze Saturday morning & it worked out for someone to come that afternoon on Christmas Eve. So thankful & grateful they answered my call & came through. Called another company on Friday who claim to be 24 hours & they were coming on Tuesday. Thank you Cool Breeze for living up to what you advertise!

Cool Breeze 1250 was fantastic at getting our AC back up and running. They were here when they said they would be and worked hard to get cool again. I couldn’t be happier with the work Killian and Stephen did. Professional from the word go. I can’t recommend Cool Breeze highly enough.

EDIT: Well we had to call them again for an issue with our heater not being able to “keep up”. Dashuan came out diagnosed the problem and got us back in business in less than an hour. Professional, friendly and effective. I can’t stop saying good things about this company because they keep doing fantastic work.

We had a brand new air conditioner installed in June 2021. It took several service calls for the unit to work properly. In August 2022, a year and one month from the last service call it stopped working again. They came out and charged us a $300 service fee on a unit that was barely a year old. They said it was because the unit had not been serviced and it was just maintenance! A brand new unit should work longer then one year and one month without being serviced. Thanks for your response- I still stand that a BRAMD NEW UNIT should not break if it isn’t serviced the first year it is installed. That is ridiculous
