The Plumbing & Air Service Co.

This was my 3rd time dealing with The Plumbing & Air Service Co. and in each instance they have been thorough, communicative, and easy to work with. They installed a new HVAC system in my house quickly and gave me lots of options concerning the systems available, payment, and scheduling. My house is older - which presents problems when doing upgrades like this - and these guys really went above and beyond to make sure they took care of everything. I don't just mean that they did their job without complaining about it, I mean they did things they easily could have told me I needed to take care of and pay for myself. Will be using them in the future, and recommending them as well!

I was very impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness, and courtesy of their front office and plumbers. 5 stars! *But their fees????* 1 star Due to:

1) Being 30% higher than another plumber I had quote me for installing a pressure reducing valve and overflow tank. This other plumber also included moving the main shutoff valve too. Fortunately I had another plumber to call who had done excellent work for us in the past.
2) They quoted me *$200* to remove my rubber washing machine intake hoses (you know, the hoses from the faucets close to your washing machine that connect to the back of your washing machine?) and replace them with braided steel hoses. I did that myself in 35 minutes after buying the hoses on Amazon. ...$200??

The representatives that the company sent out were very professional and helpful. They actually came earlier then expected, with a courtesy call first of course. They also had plenty of options available to fix what I needed repaired at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Plumbing and Air.

Anita, Jerry, Gary, Ricky, and David did an excellent job assisting me and replacing my water supply line, the entire sewer line under the house, and to the street, and the electrical ground. 👍 They also did a wonderful job of keeping the disruption to the lawn at a minimum. They went above and beyond! They put in a lot of hard work and finished the job in one day! They were thorough, tested for leaks, and didn't leave until everything was perfect! I enjoyed meeting the crew, and Anita is a rock star, who helped us get some important documents together to be able to close on our home. I will be using this super professional and caring company again! Five stars!

Chris & Brett arrived on time & performed a diagnostic evaluation on our gas heating system. They were very informative & helped to solve the airflow problem as well as clearing the condensation removal pipe. They did a thorough examination of our unit & gave us information as to what may need to be addressed in the future. Thank you for your good service.

Davanti and David were wonderful. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous. However, the office leaves something to be desired. They were originally scheduled to arrive yesterday, they didn't and there was no notification. They did arrive the next day, surprise, again no notification. In addition I'm still waiting for my invoice, because pretty sure I was not given the discount I was promised. But David and Davanti were wonderful.

Super knowledgeable and fast, courteous and fair. Will certainly do business with again and recommend to everyone I know!!!! They came out for emergency evaluation and repair roughly 2 hours before they were assumed to be ready. I can't recommend them enough!

We were on vacation and came home to wet carpeting and bubbled up flooring in our living and family rooms. We don’t know how long that had been going on but the plumbing service sent someone out immediately even though they were booked up. They found the leak and they handled it and even found a second leak. I’m just so glad to have it taken care of the same day that we found the issues. Of course we will have to have remediation and other work done but the plumbing aspect of it is handled. We have used this company numerous times

I really enjoyed meeting the team that came out today to give us a quote on two new HVAC systems. They were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Their professionalism and expertise made me want to go forward with them, however we have a family member in the HVAC field who was able to give us a better price. I didn’t remember the names of the two repairmen, but the sales guy was Donnie Cain, and all three of them were wonderful! Thank you again, and your company is who we’ll be using for our plumbing needs.

We have an older home and after replacing counters and sinks in the master bath, we discovered the plumbing was not exactly standard. Alex and Jake were awesome in hooking up the plumbing, finding solutions quickly and perfectly. No fuss, no muss. They were very pleasant and professional, wore masks and booties and in no time at all solved the problems we thought would be far more difficult. Thank you so much!
