Devon and Chris were awesome. They showed up on time and were extremely kind and professional. They explained everything in a way that I understood and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! A+ service!

Devin was wonderful! He was great at showing me what he needed to do and how he was going to do it. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and even took time to get to know my pets so they were okay with him being in my home. Thanks for being so professional and kind.

Replaced my 22-year-old HVAC unit with a Rheem model. Got it done in a day's time with minimal disturbances as I worked upstairs in my home office. So far so good!

On Friday, Sept 20th I came home at 11am to find both my toilets and bathtubs overflowing with water. After the shock wore off and I stopped the flow of water I called The Plumbing and Air Service Co. I have done business with them in the past and have always received world class customer service. This time was no exception. I called and advised of the situation and they were able to send someone out at 2pm. I was so thrilled just to have someone come out and look at the issue on such short notice. When Devin and Wade arrived the issue was diagnosed, they retrieved the proper equipment and stayed till 11pm to replace 5 feet of pipe allowing me to not be without the use of my bathrooms all weekend. For someone like myself that was amazing and I was so truly grateful. Devin and Wade worked extremely hard and remained extremely professional as well as being very knowledgeable. I truly am thankful for this service and for this company. They show up on time, professional, ready to work, maintain a clean/neat appearance, knowledgeable, give you options/prices on how to fix your particular plumbing issue and they make sure all the while to keep your house clean. They clean up their work after they are finished. I had a bush over the pipe. It was dug up in the process and instead of tossing it aside it was removed and disposed of. Devin and Wade Thank you thank you thank you again. I know it was only 5 feet of pipe but I couldn't be anymore appreciative. P.S. I just have to add that I have had Anthony out a couple of times for other issues and he is excellent as well. Very knowledgeable and always fixes the issue. If someone from The Plumbing and Air Service Company reads this please do everything you can to retain Devin, Wade, and Anthony. I am sure you have alot of great employees but these three are stellar.

Highly recommend. Techs are cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. They discussed everything and listened to my concerns. They offered solutions to my concerns but did not try to push me to purchase. I did obtain additional items to help prevent future damage. They left the jobsite clean and organized.

I thought they did good work, but then realized after that they unfairly charged me $100 to repair a toilet handle; that should have been $15 according to another local plumber I just spoke with. They also replaced a flapper but neglected to turn off the water line which probably led to the supply line valve breaking the next day. They charged me an additional $200 to repair the supply valve as they said it was just an old supply line valve that happened to break at the same time. I called to speak with a manager about all of this when I realized what had happened but the manager never called me back. I understand they are a big business and need revenue but these practices do not promote repeat business.

I have had them come to my residence twice so far and both times they have been very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Perrin did an awesome job today explaining things regarding my system today. I highly recommend, especially over berico.

Cleaned and repaired leaky air ducts. My house is so much warmer since the leaks were repaired. I’m extremely happy with the service and the professionalism of the two reps. Thank you!

Matt was very professional when he came out. Explained everything and was very courteous. Answered any questions I had. Very fast service. Arrived at 3:30 and by 5:30 work was completed. 10/10 would use again.

Plumbing & Air employees displayed great work ethics. They were also very knowledgeable and pleasant. They seemed to put the customers needs as their priority rather then just trying to sell more product. I would highly recommend this company and especially the workers I was fortunate enough to get.
