Same day service and a God find. Ben the technician was a great help, very friendly and polite. Didn't mind my dog. Thank you for the recommendation on the CO detector. I bought one tonight. If I ever need service again I will definitely use this company again. Thank you.

The 2 installers Greg and Matt were great...they did a great job and very pleasant to talk with. The product was very expensive and I was not offered any other choices. They do not provide a break down per item on the invoice.

Joe and his associate were able to arrive quickly and started work immediately. They were able to fix the current issue and were honest in the estimation of the longevity of the repairs. Joe provided updates along every step of the way.

Had a problem with my sewer line. Antonio was here the next morning and was extremely nice and professional. I have to have extensive work done on a botched job that original contractor had done and the work has been scheduled the same week. Thank you for making a bad situation easier to handle. I’m glad I called the Plumbing and Air Service. I would highly recommend if you have plumbing problems and thank you to Antonio for your compassion.

Devan and Patrick did a great job installing our two showers’ valves and trim kits. They worked through lunch to get the job done. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Will be using this company for any future plumbing and hvac needs.

I had two separate issues at my home, sewage leaking into my yard and a faulty HVAC system. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous, taking the time to answer any questions and walk me through the issues thoroughly. In all, I couldn’t be more impressed with the services this company provides.

Gary came out to do my initial rough in. He was very thoughtful and very thorough. He opened up the bathtub and read through the manual and measured my space perfectly so that my tub and tub faucet would be centered. He was confident in the work left to do and I asked for him to come back a week later to finish my job. Timmy came back a week later. When I asked if he was going to read the instructions and place 2x4s under the tub to get the drain installed he said “well, I can, but you don’t have to” and I relayed that Gary thought it should be done this way and asked if he would mind reading the instructions. He said he couldn’t find him. I assured him Gary and I placed the instructions back on top of the plastic that the tub was wrapped in. The instructions were on the floor a few feet away. When the tub faucet was installed Timmy said the diverter was broken. When I pointed out that the diverter piece should be placed on the front of the unit instead of the back of the unit...like the photo in the faucet instructions...which he also failed to read...he said it could go on either side. There are graphics pointing to shower and faucet on the front of that diverter piece. Why would any one in their right mind want to reach behind free standing faucet unit to switch from shower handle to faucet while sitting down in the tub? Why would the faucet/handle graphic face the wall instead of your eyes? The faucet came in 4 pieces and the tech couldn’t get it right. I’m no plumber, but damn, take time to read the 6 steps and look at the picture to get it installed right. It turns out that trying to force the diverter “on” in the backwards position and then pulling it off and sticking a screwdriver in it will break the plastic piece inside. My 3 week bathroom remodel is now on hold as I try to get a new diverter part as the team didn’t want to go to the supply house to look for one. I’m am frustrated with the lack of attention to detail, frustrated that the tech tried to sell me that the piece was broken when shipped, and took no responsibility for breaking the part or finding a new one, as well as being asked to pay for an unfinished job. I will continue to use The Plumbing and Air Service Company, because I think a lot of Matt and his family and have had nothing but positive experiences with Matt, Jeremy, and Gary. I would just advise others to have manuals ready and stand there and babysit the tech to assure your tech takes time to READ them. For $2600 for a tub, shower, and 3 toilets to rough in and install...reading the instructions should be mandatory. I also offered to pay for the toilet, shower and tub install yesterday, but said I would and pay for the faucet install separately when the job was done. Timmy said he couldn’t break it out, even though I have separate PDF quotes for each job. So, I felt like Timmy spun this as “my problem” instead of his problem when he called the shop to tell them that I didn’t want to pay. He left the room, so I heave no idea what was relayed. I am trading emails with Vanity Art and Home Depot and have spent two 30 minute calls with Home Depot with no resolution, while I try to do my day job too. I’m sure it will get resolved, but, could have been avoided if Timmy had taken the time to read the directions and install the faucet per the pictures and instructions.

My tech was super polite, knowledgeable and prompt. She performed all tasks with our HVAC and explained it all, even took pics to show me. Madison even played with my 2 yr old grand baby's for a couple minutes.
