I called around 5:00 and it's now 6:38 and my problem was fixed. They were so quick to send somebody out here, and Timmy and James (I think) were very nice. The quickness is refreshing because I've dealt with a lot of places that don't return my calls or can't send someone out for a few days. I will use them again.

Chris is a technician who really knows his stuff and is quick to answer any questions you have to your level of understanding and to your satisfaction! I've had the pleasure of meeting with him twice and each time he has been thorough, patient and friendly as all get out! It's obvious to anyone who meets him that he simple LOVES what he does. If I were his boss I would give this man a raise before some other competitor steals him!!!

I wanted to write another review although I've already written one months ago. But I used you guys again and you all were just as wonderful the 2nd time, which shows me that service excellence is standard!! Ryan, Dillon & Perrin were amazing to work with. I'm telling all my friends to use you guys!! GREAT JOB!! This is now my "go to" company!

We had a toilet that was running constantly; on a Sunday evening my husband tried to "fix" it and ended out flooding the bathroom. After finding the water shutoff he called these guys and in less than an hour they were here and had it fixed properly within 30 minutes. They were very polite and considering it was a Sunday evening reasonably priced for an emergency visit. We will use them again without a doubt.

Fall 2029....Our Plummer, Devin, was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job installing our new under mount silgranite sink which was deeper than our original sink. This company and the technician went above and beyond to ensure the proper installation and fit when the sink manufacturer strainer baskets were defective and they had to return to re-install the replacements. Can’t say enough about this company!
Fall 2020...We were offered a complimentary fall check of our furnace and were very pleased with the service. We know our furnace is on its last leg at 17 years old and the technicians were able to replace our capacitor and clean the fan and furnace unit for a reasonable price. While additional maintenance services were offered, I never felt pressured and the advice and expertise offered by our technicians Devante and David was exceptional. It’s hard to find people you trust to give you good service and reasonable prices and this business is definitely one we will stick with for all our HVAC and plumbing needs.

Just had a water heater replaced yesterday. Matt and Gary performed the work and did an exceptional job! Ours was a little complicated in that the water heater is in a kitchen pantry under a stairwell.They had limited space to work with and had to find a 40 gallon tank that would actually fit since the one that was on the truck was too large. These guys had a great attitude and did an excellent job in spite of the challenges with our water heater location. We couldn't be happier! Love doing business with this company!

Guy was very professional and very attentive to our needs and concerns. We had a New Heatpump installed and we couldn't be more happier from start to finish. We have found our forever Hvac specialist's.

I would highly recommended The Plumbing & Air Service Co. I called due to a leaking bathtub faucet. The tech's office even called and asked if they could come earlier than my scheduled appointment time, which was good for me. James and Brad both explained what the problem was, the cost and how long it would take to get the parts and repair it. They were both very friendly and I enjoyed talking to them. I am planning on getting a quote on a new HVAC from the company. I am a satisfied customer, and I will be a returning customer.

These guys are good at replacing the plumbing, they're good plumbers.

We had a main sewer line replaced. They of course had to dig up the yard to access the old cast iron pipe and replace it with PVC. They did a good job at that but the yard repair and trash left behind is pretty bad. They also had to do it all in one day, that means if its 11pm at night and they're not done, they will keep working. They also cut the main internet cable for our area. The locate company had not yet located the sewer line so while searching for it they found the communication cables. I'm glad they didn't find the Duke Power cable but they were close.

I got to enjoy AT&T and Spectrum driving their heavy equipment over my yard the following 2 weeks and tearing down my fencing as well. Like I said these guys are good plumbers, not landscapers. Just expect big trenches with packed clay, tractor treads, dirty rubber gloves, metal pipe slivers, rock and stone fragments.

While shoving and hauling in dirt to fill in the tractor treads and sunken trench they left for me over this summer it got me thinking. I think everytime they do a job like mine the home owner should be able to go the the business owners house and do doughnuts in his yard at 11pm at night while holding down the horn and dumping a trash can full of trash in his yard. I wouldn't cut his internet though.

Had an HVAC repair done, responded as quickly as they could given how busy it was. They came out and diagnosed the issue on a weekend. They did take a day longer than stated but we're very courteous on coming as soon as they could.
