First time using this company for a persistent problem every 1-2 years. Had a special on drain cleaning and they honored that price with no problem. Anxious to see how long it stays unclogged this time. Friendly personalities, and very professional and knowledgeable. If it stays clog free for at least my usual time, will definitely call again or would call for other services as needed.

Had these guys come out and check my hvac. Very professional, very personable, very knowledgeable. Perrin did a great job and made sure I was referred the services I needed rather than just try to sell me something. I've met 2 of the guys that work for The plumbing & air service company and both have been phenomenal.

The guys at The Plumbing & Air Service Co were incredible. They were so kind and walked me through all the steps they needed to take to find and fix the gas leak we had. I had an big issue with one of my outside faucets. I turned it on and NO water came out. I quickly checked the other side. It worked fine. Never having had to deal with this issue, I was truly lost. Insert Google. I read the reviews and called The Plumbing & Air Service Co. The ladies on the phone were so professional and helpful! They called back right away to schedule an appointment. Appointment Day...they called earlier to see if they could come, but I was on work call so I missed that. But an hour later they appeared. Devin and Chris were very patience and thorough. Devin explained various options to help and prevent future issues. Prices seem very fair. They were both easy to communicate with and they work very well together. Great team! Thank you! #ClassAct

David was wonderful! He took all necessary precautions entering my house - face mask and shoe covers. He was thorough and solved my issue in no time. I appreciated his honest opinion...he didn't just give a sales pitch to get the most money out of me. I most appreciated that. I would certainly use P&AS again!

I've been a customer of this company for 2 or 3 years, and they continue to impress me. I like their processes for documenting the work they do, they are mostly responsive, I do buy their service agreements, I recommend scheduling the included service calls before they leave even if it's 6 months out because my only issue is that they didn't call me to schedule and let my contract run out. My units are quite old but not ready to replace them yet.

Plumbing & Air Services charge by the job, not by the hour. This may be great for some folks but my experience makes it financially possible for P&A to absorb overruns on other jobs. Had a small gas leak at a black pipe joint to my furnace. Simple job. 6 - 8" of black pipe, a joint or two (may have even reused what I had there), re-doped the threads, tightened. Done. Over $300 for what should have been more like $125. Also had estimates given for whole house water heater. Many install options made available. Other estimates from reputable plumbing services also obtained. Other estimates were just over half of P&A's. They did good work, were quite nice, spent time here, but for at least me, the value was disappointing.

Devin did a great job figuring out what was wrong with our water heater, and presented all options. Great communication and helped explain any issues I had. Devin and Chris did a great job with the new water heater installation. I would highly recommend them again, and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Justin and Jacob greeted me with a comforting smile leaving me with sincere assurance that my services were going to be taken care of and they both did just that. They both showed great concern with great great team work! I loved it, everything was explained clearly and honestly I couldn’t have asked for better service men...please get these guys to your home they will definitely get the job done..To the company I’m grateful thank you as well.

They were quite nice from customer service yesterday to the techs today. Broke down everything that was needed and even explained everything from the codes to the water heater. Broke down the different payments arrangements and actions that we could take. It probably took them about 2 and half or 3 hours to do everything they needed. The tech even gave me a $50 coupon and $10 off for putting a sign in the yard. I thought that was nice of them to offer that. Glad I called.
