The technician was able to get to me early, and listened to my concerns, and immediately checked on my concerns, and when he realized there was another problem, he quickly ordered the new part, and got it himself, returned and installed it. The system is working perfectly now.

Sam (tech) came to perform Fall Maintenance on our HVAC Systems; he was right on time, friendly, professional and thorough.
When he had checked the upstairs unit, he came down and asked “Does it ever sound like animals are running around in your attic?”. I responded “yes, just mentioned that to my hubby; why do you ask?” He said it appeared a part was damaged (that was what was making the sounds) and he needed to check further in the outside unit. Result: He had rightly detected a crucial part that needed to be replaced and it would mean taking the outside unit completely apart ~ and ordering the part. Fast forward ⏩ Sam, and Berico in-house staff, (especially Leigh and those she spoke with) expedited everything necessary and within a couple of days Sam and Devon had our System up and running. What could have been a nightmare, was made ‘a slight inconvenience’ because of Berico’s knowledgeable, experienced and efficient staff.
We would like to thank Berico also for the very helpful Discount we received because of the Annual Service Contract Berico offers to their customers. We are so glad we signed up for that.

Anthony T performed a thorough cleaning of our HVAC system, dismantling it in order to vacuum out the debris, crushing up anti algae tablets to prevent what I am guessing is the build up inside the heat pump of ... algae! He also said we needed ducts cleaned. and he was correct.

They replaced and repaired work at the town Community Center. Great work, very professional, and on time.

I had a problem with the Fireplace staying lit, I just started using the fireplace that was installed by Berico in April 2022. The Technician cleaned the unit with steel wool and waited for 30 minutes to see if it goes out; It stayed on until he left. The Tech re-arranged the logs also with no complete remedy. I You tubed it finally and now its working with no problem; just wished that I had done this instead being charged that $100.00 plus bill for absolutely nothing.
