Unit lost pwr due to blown fuse. New installation, just a couple months old. Responded within an hour fixed within 30 min. Very courteous and professional.

When making the appointment the ladies in the office were very friendly and informative. I scheduled my appointment for 10am. The day of the appointment, I get a call at 7:30. From a technician saying they are at my house ready to work. I informed them the appointment was for around 10. He then snapped at me, half yelling, "No! I'm here to do it now!" I told him him earliest I could be there is 9:30. He said I would have to reschedule. After dropping the kids off for school, I went back to the office to get it all straightened out. Once I got to the office and explained what happened, the ladies were very apologetic, and jumped into high gear to resolve my situation. Within the hour I had a new appointment. For the same day, and only a couple of hours later than originally scheduled. Anthony, the technician they sent, was extremely knowledgeable, and one of the nicest people I have ever met. He explained everything before he did it and gave me time to ask questions so I could understand what was going on. With the office teams swift actions paired with Anthony's professionalism they went from losing a customer to gaining my confidence and I will recommend them to anyone needing service.

All employees who worked on removing the old underground tank belonging to the former provider and installing a new above-ground tank were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Service performed: Gas Logs Maintenance
The service provider arrived earlier than expected, but he called before coming over to let me know he was on the way. He did whatever it took to get logs cleaned and ready to go.
The logs had not been used for several years, so before doing anything, I needed to be sure they had been inspected, cleaned and pilot light was lit. All went well, so I can feel confident that when/if I want to use them again, they are ready to go.
