Excellent experience from initial consultation/quote to installation. The Comfort Specialist was very informative. He took the time to answer questions and provided information in understandable terms.

Several options for HVAC were discussed along with the pros and cons of each. I felt the pricing for the final agreement reflected all possible savings and discounts.

The installation process was completed as promised. All the installation technicians were very respectful and took the necessary steps to protect the property.

I called to report that the AC unit was no longer working. A previous company had said the unit which is old, needed to be replaced. I knew to ask for a second opinion and called Berico, a name that has been know and respected in the Greensboro community for a long time. Berico's technician arrived the same day and diagnosed that a capacitor needed replacing, not the whole system. I certainly appreciate the quick response and quality service.

Excellent service, and fast professional repairs. Everyone that answers the phone there is very nice when you call for an appointment.
Berico also did a great job servicing our gas log fireplace.

Berico installed our Generac whole-house generator and we switched to them as our propane provider. They had to run gas lines several hundred feet from the place we desired for the tank installation to the generator. They showed up as agreed, were very considerate of our back yard space, very professional. We could not be more satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Berico is a FAMILY, they are family owned and operated, but also treat all their employees like family! The positive and supportive atmosphere and people from the top down make it the best place to work and strive. Being an employee with Berico makes me love my job and never have to “work” a day but throughly enjoy my day!
