We received very prompt service and our air conditioner was repaired quickly. They had installed our unit approximately 20 years ago and I had feared the unit was going out. As it turned out it was only a bad thermostat. It is great doing business with an honest businessman who doesn't take advantage of people who don't have his knowledge.

They came out, fixed issue with furnace but also corrected a previous design fail, exhaust next to foundation vent. Grateful.

As a Former employee, The owner of the company encourages employees to preform dishonest work. Make sure you get what you pay for regarding new refrigerant purchases. All repair prices are taken from a larger more reputable company and do not reflect company cost. BEWARE he will charge the minority community more for repairs and new installation and will not perform work in a timely manner for minority's citing they don't need much air conditioning. Company practices encourages doing very minimum during hvac maintenance services. Maintenance plans are a waste of money when purchased because no actual preventative maintenance is preformed. Be weary of letting this contractor find other subcontractors and Bill you, he will inflate the other contractors rate for profit having performed no work of his own.
