As a new customer to Kay Heating the experience was first-rate. They promptly set up a service agreement and came out to inspect my HVAC units. Their prices are fair and their technicians are knowledgeable and thorough. It was a pleasure to work with Matt Williams and Chris Tucker who provided exceptional customer service.

Thank goodness for Kay! I had another local company come out to fix my A/C and they quoted me over $1K to fix it. I think they made up the name of the part that needed replacing.
I called Kay for a second opinion because of the high quote. (My system is only a couple years old) They sent out their service technician David who quickly noted that a capacitor had gone out on the outside equipment. He had a new one stocked on his work vehicle. My A/C was up and running in minutes!!
I decided to get their maintenance agreement that is good for a year and two system cleanings and maintenances 1 for ac and 1 for heat.
From now on I will stick with Kay! An honest and reliable company. Highly recommend!

Jake did an incredibly thorough job cleaning and servicing my unit. Everyone I spoke to at Kay was extremely professional and very helpful and I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

We called Kay when our 20 year old AC unit began to fail. I spoke to Walter and the very next day he had a technician out to our house to inspect our current unit. After the inspection Walter contacted me again to give me their assessment. He was not pushy at all but he suggested that whatever money we put in our old unit would simply be buying time. Because of the age of our old unit this was not a surprise to me so I asked him for a couple of options. Very quickly he was able to give me some options on a couple of different brands of heat pump. Ultimately we went with the York heat pump at a very reasonable price. He ordered the unit and scheduled the installation for yesterday. Their lead man in the field Jason called me when they were on the way first thing in the morning. Their entire crew was knowledgeable, polite and tidy and by days end we had a brand new heat pump working flawlessly. Walter stopped by to check on progress and he, Jason and the rest of their team answered any questions we had with complete professionalism.

We contacted Kay because the other company we dealt with previously on our HVAC system would not return our calls. In this day and age when it seems like that type of service is the norm rather than the exception Kay Heating and Air Conditioning is a breath of fresh air. (No pun intended) My wife and I could not have been more impressed that we were with the service and price from Kay and my only regret is that there are only 5 stars available to give Kay Heating and Air.

Jake was on time, professional, and very good at explaining our HVAC system. I have been on their maintenance program for about three years, and am very pleased with their service, and I recommend this company highly.

Kay Heating and Air has done exceptional work in our home. They are very professional and careful to all details. We have had duct work wrapped, service of existing heat pump, and recently they installed two mini-split units in our upstairs area. Their service is great and I highly recommend them.

David came out that very afternoon Kay Heating and Air was called. Did thorough inspection of situation, found problem and quickly fixed. Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and timely- they were great from first phone call to ending fix. Highly recommend!

From talking to Melissa who scheduled the appt, to the one that came out to repair my A/C on a 92 deg day - it was seamless, super professional and quick. He also pointed out some tips I need to do better to maintain my 16 year old A/C for a few more years and not try to sell me a new one. Courteous (shoe sleeves) and very helpful. I can not recommend Kay Heating & Air more !!!!

Don’t bother with a service contract because it won’t save you any real money.
